Fast delivery everything good

Tyres are 3 yrs old. I didn’t realise this until a few days after delivery.

Ordered tyres waited over week before received, DPD dumped tyres no knock to door or ring a bell, the was just tyres nothing else, no docket or anything else, tyres are from 2018 over 7 years old!
Try to contact them but no replay or anything

This website was easy to use. I found what I was looking for with no problems. The prices are very reasonable with free shipping. The only downfall was it took two weeks for the tyres to arrive. I don't know way there was such a delay when it's an Irish website and I live in Ireland.

As described, quick delivery

Cheaper than any other I could find delivery was fast enough, tyres are bog standard Chineseium not going to be doing any heavy driving with them just to pass the test and flogg car.

I have ordered 2 tyres 6 of may. I havent received any tracking number or anything. Paid for the tyre now i am looking at 13 of may still havent received anything. I am trying to contact them for the past few days. No email or anything. No phone number, meant to be Irish company. Please do not bother ordering from them at all

Avoid Grip500.ie – Ongoing Customer Support Nightmare

I’ve had a dismal experience with Grip500.ie and feel compelled to warn others of the risks of ordering from this company. I placed an order for 4 Yokohama tyres for my Land Cruiser on 2 January 2025. Upon delivery, I discovered that 2 of the tyres were of a different specification than what I had ordered. Grip500 acknowledged the mistake — but that’s where any meaningful support ended.

Since then, I’ve spent over 4 months trying to get a resolution. I’ve contacted them every week through their support portal, only to receive the same automated response from “Johanna” apologizing for the delay and promising an update. No real progress. No escalation path. No human interaction. Just repeated, canned messages.

I’ve made multiple suggestions to help resolve the issue — all of which have been ignored. As of today, I’m still sitting with two incorrect tyres worth €300 and no resolution in sight.

This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Grip500.ie — the risk of being stuck in a situation like mine, with no real customer service or accountability, is simply too high.
