After being inactive for about two years, its return can be seen as a significant transformation. The most notable improvement in this comeback is its enhanced stability. I've been a lifetime member of GrootMade (formerly Festinger Vault) and have found the plugin and theme collection to be valuable. The support team has been responsive and helpful in resolving my license issues.

I have been a client for the last 5 years, perhaps more, always been able to trust the people, the people, and those who are actually working (hard) for us, not themselves - waves have been going up and down throughout the years, but this is my safe place!

Great product. Been a customer since 2019. The value I recieved from their product has far surpassed the cost.

Une plateforme créée pour tenter de faire oublier l'échec de Festinger Vault. C'est la même chose, les mêmes problèmes et la même arnaque. On perd sa licence, le site est cassé de partout avec des erreurs 404 sans arrêt, sans parler du changement de site qui n'en finit plus. Ils avaient dit écouter, mais ça ne change pas. FUYEZ !

I have use this platform in the past and it is really useful if you're into web-design business. You can try as many tools as you need to to set your built when you start any project, no matter its scope. Really saves you from infinite testing phase.

So obviously SOME OF THE RECENT GOOD REVIEWS ARE TRADED TO RESTORE STOLEN LICENSES

Grootmade platform has proven useful for all my web based projects. If there were issues, staffs are available to help. I've been with festinger vault ever since, and now grootmade took it to a new level.

I have been very critical with service after I got lifetime license back on FV, sometimes is difficult to understand the whole background... The rebrand looks to be the new era, where all lessons were learned to avoid the same issues, they have some new member and still a little team and sometimes decisions must be taken, so glad to hear decision is to restore our lifetime licenses.

I’ve had a really great experience with GrootMade so far. The platform offers a ton of value, and it’s clear a lot of effort has gone into building something useful and easy to work with.

The team has been responsive and helpful, and I appreciate how they’re continuing to improve and evolve the platform.

Overall, very happy with the direction things are going and looking forward to using GrootMade more moving forward.

Don't do it. I have had a lifetime membership since they started the original platform and then moved it to a new platform. Logged in and found that my lifetime license had been downgraded to FREE which gave me no access to anything. When I contacted them, I was told that they would reactivate my lifetime license if I gave a positive review on TrustPilot. When I refused they told me I no longer had access. The platform has not worked for over six months. (GrootMade is disputing each bad review. If you take a look at the number of bad reviews you will see that there are many for the exact same reason. This should tell you everything you need to know about ordering from this platform. If GrootMade is right in their dispute I would suggest that they file lawsuits for defamation. I would be happy to provide my evidence and countersue.

I've been a lifetime member for over 2 years and am optimistic about the direction the service is now going. I sincerely hope they continue to grow, while also making a company commitment to remain loyal to their previous lifetime customers through it all. Best of luck.
