Very useful plugin for Wordpress experts and developers who want to test other plugins before officialy buy them.

As a lifetime member i would like to have my license restored

The range of offerings is fantastic, support is fast and responsive, and the amount of work that’s gone on behind the scenes to reach this point is truly impressive - and it's only getting better! Highly recommend!

They charged me for 6 months in 1 go. Despite Festinger Vault being broken & being unable to access account to cancel.

Asked on the "support chat" to get a refund and got a bot replying back telling me if I want my lifetime license, I have to leave a TrustPilot review.

I don't want a lifetime license, I want a refund.

TrustPilot guidelines are: "Trustpilot doesn’t allow companies to offer payments or benefits in exchange for leaving a review. Learn about incentives."

Yet the bot is telling people to leave a review if they want a lifetime license.

UPDATE: They are saying to contact them... I already have and they have not responded. This is not from a competitor.

Very good experience so far. Hope they will continue their services. Lots of plugins and themes contained and reasonable website speed. Been a customer since Nov 2023, when they were operating under a different brand (I'm a lifetime member since FV). Cool website with a lot of choices and hopefully it will stay so.

I've been working with grootmade for quite a time and I am very happy with the selection of items as well as the speed of the support. I really recommend working with grootmade!

UI looks like its fast and an upgrade I was an early adopter to the original company and in the switch over to grootmade im looking forward to having my lifetime licence reinstated so i can test it fully and update my review

Good repo for getting the WP plugins. They seem to be the most advanced repo around. Seems like stability has also improved greatly. Hope they keep up the good work.

They’ve gone through a major transition and that has been noticeable at times, but this new phase feels more promising. Everything seems more polished, more professional and better focused. For now, I’m still happy with what they offer and I’m curious to see how they continue to develop.
