Groupcards Reviews 

At the end of May I was sent a card and gift via Groupcards, but when I came to use the gift I found that I couldn't put it onto the voucher I wanted to buy - the system wouldn't accept my e-mail address. I e-mailed Groupcards at both their 'contact' and 'enquiries' e-mail addresses. That was more than three weeks ago and I have not received a reply. I tried again to buy the voucher and discovered by trial and error that I had to enter not my e-mail address, but the e-mail address of the person who had organised the card and gift. This is not made clear on the website. Receiving a card and gift should have been a pleasure, but it turned out to be quite upsetting. I also ordered a printed copy of the card to keep. It came quickly, but was not great.

Should have read other reviews. Card not received on time which for a leaving card where you won't see the person again not good form. Wouldn't use again

No card received. No replies to my comms . I am actually wondering if this is a scam. Be warned - go elsewhere

Someone at my old workplace did one of these cards for me then sent it to my personal email address.

Then they start spamming me with marketing emails. Pretty gross tbh.

Unlike the other reviews, I did get a great service from the Support (Abe). I had made an error with my email address when registering. They were able to fix it for me. Site is easy to use and the card designs are good.

Paid £30 for a large group card to be printed and sent for a birthday. It arrived a week late :(

Customer services not interested in resolving sadly. Money down the drain.

Really easy to use value for money product!

After my initial experience, I thought this site might be a scam - they accept payment (and potentially bank details) before providing a product, which other reputable card sites don't do - and then took several days to reply to emails. They did eventually reply in a very pleasant and apologetic way about a week after my initial email, and have refunded me in full as I requested. Therefore I can't review the product or service, but do get the sense they may be understaffed and need to put a little more effort into building customer confidence.

Should have read the other reviews below before purchasing. Paid for an overpriced card and was that told no more signatures could be added before one person had even added their message! As below - no response when you email for assistance: daylight robbery - avoid.

The service is awful!

I was in charge of sending out 200 e-cards to my firm, which cost £200 (!!). I liaised with an employee, who all of the sudden stopped relying to my e-mails. I asked to see a sample before it was sent out and was promised it would happen, however I never received anything. I tried to e-mail them several times and call them on a number the employee had provided. I never heard anything from them.
Do yourself a favor and don't use them!

The concept of this is great. As class rep in COVID times I took it upon myself to organise two cards for our teachers to enable all parents to place a personal message in each.
Considering it was a teacher card on a group card website I was hoping the card would hold more messages and was embarrassed to have to ask all parents to keep their messages short! The pictures on the front look dated and has limited choice (2!) but I went ahead as this seemed like a simple option to a tricky situation.

The text box of the default card message is so big that you can only fit a few messages around it. I’m now having to spend my evenings editing messages and fonts to squeeze them all in. I have also had to add an extra page at a £1.99 cost per card and am only able to fill one side of it!
Disappointing doesn’t come close! I really wont bother again!
