We used this as a leaving card for someone with long service - the ability to add pictures really made this card special for the recipient and I was able to arrange the card to make it more presentable. We also used this site for the group gift card contributions - really straight forward just watch out for the service fee which can be adjusted to zero.

Always use this service for company colleague collections :)

My gift card is not working. There is an error message that says it will be resolved within 24 hours but it has been 3 days now.

I purchased a christmas card and multiple gift cards for all my staff they all got the cards but can not access the gift card i hace paid over £25 for.this service i need a refund

Purchased a bulk order for our team's holiday cards, which was very easy to use. Everyone was able to access and sign the cards. The only issue was not knowing when exactly the scheduled cards would be sent because there is no timezone specified.

First time using this and found it very straightforward and easy. Reminders useful and card delivered as it said it would be (I also got a 'read receipt' - which helped!).
Will certainly use again!

The card was easy to set up and invite people to sign. The gift card was aldo simple and I love the choices

Card designs are ok and fine to choose from and I like that people can enter a good amount of text if they wish, some other similar products restrict individual comment length ridiculously short.

Nice idea but slow delivery. I ordered them to be printed on the Friday and they unfortunately had not arrived by the following Thursday so we missed the giftgiving and had to make do with the electronic version. So when they say 3 to 5 working days, they really do mean that five. Also, the software needs a little bit of more refinement as it generated a lot of extra pages unnecessarily.

I thought it was very simple and easy to use, very effective. I like the idea you could see what the final card looked like and that you could save it forever as a PDF. Excellent value

Card and collection were easy to sort from start to finish, recipient very happy and a very smooth ordering process. Will use again

I initially wrote a very bad review because I had a terrible experience - but I've come back to reqrite it largely because after reaching out to them by email, I received a response very quickly and the issue was resolved. Overall less disapppointed out but still not sure I would use the platform again, some points to be aware of below - in summary, seems this was designed/set up for small whip rounds with small contirbutions, if you're expecting to raise a larger amount, maybe this is not a great site.

1) When people make a contribution, there's a preset/default 'donation' amount of 10%. That's fair for your typical small donations, but if you have people putting in 300 in one go, seems unreasonable for them to be charged 10%. Apparently there's an option to overwrite that, but it's a bit hidden.

2) The overall process is a bit messy, instructions aren't all that clear (it may seem really easy to set up, but the devil is in the detail - or lack thereof!). For example, if the amount you raised doesn't fit into the limit of the gift card chosen, the process can fail (what happened with me). There's also no flexibility for the end user to breakup the total raised into different gift cards.

3) For some countries there's a poor range of gift card choices, and many charge a % of the amount raised to convert the cash into their gift card, which is a shame.

It was the first time I had used Group Cards and found it reassuringly straightforward and the person who received the card was delighted especially with the gift card attached too. Choosing a card was simple enough as well as how easy it was to share across the whole of our company team for them to add their personal messages.

The card / contribution pot very straight forward to set-up and use. A great way to reach more colleagues to be sign, especially with hybrid working.

Easy online guidance and great selection of cards and donation options. The only thing I would ask to be improved is the confirmation section, when the card has been paid for. I did not see confirmation. I did receive an update when the card had been opened and the response from the card receiver. I was also able to edit the card if required, forward it to another email if unopened and lastly asked to provide feedback. Loved this online process.
