We have used Group Line for the second year in a row now to book group tickets for 20 people (children and staff). Liz has provided me with very responsive, helpful advice and replies quickly and is always courteous and professional making suggestions to find us the best shows/deals for our budget. I would use Group Line again without hesitation and am very grateful for such a personalised, human service.

I have run a theatre goers group for ten years and have always used Group Line. Agents may have changed over that time but all have been efficient, courteous and helpful. Just recently Ross came to my rescue in recommending a show, Guys and Dolls at The Bridge. What a winner that was!

Ross at Group Line was really helpful when I organised my latest Group to see The Producers. I was able to specify exact seats, increase the number of reserved seats as my group grew and it was easy to make payment too.

I recently bought group tickets to see Swan Lake. It was challenging organising my group but it was made easier when making the booking. When I called to change the date, Ross did so and helped me to choose the best seats within our budget. Very pleased with the service.
