I run a busy West End theatre visit group for older people. Group line and especially their agent Theresa Baker have arranged great seats, at great prices for us each month. We are listened to, given advice and the service is brilliant.

I have dealt with Allen Elliot for 10 years now and he is always helpful and reliable. He lets me know about new shows and also makes sure everything runs smoothly. He ensures I get the best seats and always reminds me when payments are due. Nothing is too much for him. All of the team are amazing and when Allen isn't around I always have incredible service from whoever is allocated to me.

The process itself is a little confusing and perhaps more long winded than it could be but the staff are excellent, very helpful indeed. Ross was a star!

I am in the process of organising a trip for our young people, 17 in total for Lion King which is top of our student list. Due to the popularity of the show, Group Line Neil McMinnies had to keep searching for suitable dates for our Martial Art school, Neil was professional and helpful in changing our booking and we eventually got the school tickets. I can't thank Neil enough for seeking some very good seats. Brilliant service and I wouldn't hesitate to come again to Group Line.

As current Chair of the audience organisation, Friends of the Grand at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton, I organise a member trip to the West End every year.
I must say that my dealings with Ross over the last year have been top drawer. He is both helpful and thorough in his communications with me and it certainly makes my life easier when dealing with a person who is genuinely interested in our organisation.

I regularly take clients to London - on a West End theatre trip. I purchase many tickets thru Group Line & often speak with Ross Finbow, whom i have always found to be not only very professional but also very efficient. He actions all my requirements within a realistic timescale & nothing is too much trouble.
