Seems a good move to us.
Transfer process from our old IFA was fairly stress-free, albeit lengthy. Now we are “in” and the relationship is settling down, they seem to be getting on with their job and doing it well. Only time will tell (hence 4*)!

Having now been with GSi for over a…
Having now been with GSi for over a year, the understanding between the team and us as clients has reached greater understanding. Like anything it takes a while to reach a trust and understanding for the business relationship to grow. Plus, with more regulation, comes more paperwork, and it's very often us as clients a confusing and long winded way forward that has become the norm, and it's "that" understanding that can become frustrating at times.

A useful and constructive meeting
Mario was very pleasant and helpful and had done his homework. I found the session useful and reassuring. It's not 5 stars because (I rarely give five stars) there was some technical content I found difficult to follow and the screen was not always easy to read. I will bring my distance glasses next time.
