A far super service
After living in the U for over twenty years, GSI is the only company that I feel that I can trust and have confidence in doing and performing a very professional service with anything financially related. I have had a lot of very bad experiences with poor unprofessional people in other areas involving relating to money. So, I feel that GSI, who have never let me down, is the only firm that I would ever suggest. And I do hope that they have many more great years that I am looking forward to, of fine services.

Fantastic advice throughout the lockdown
Despite the drop in my pension pot of around 25% last spring when we went into lockdown, it has recovered well. This is in no small part due to my advisor who discussed everything with me in April 2020 when I was looking to withdraw all my funds. I started to withdraw a monthly sum from July 2020, which I did not realise I could do, and my pension pot is almost the same 8 months later, so it will last me a lot longer than I thought. Can't praise them enough for all their advice.
