Great first experience purchasing from this company. I had to make telephone contact with an enquiry and the customer service was first class, and not at all impersonal. The hat was ordered via special delivery, dispatched within the hour and arrived the next as promised. The item itself is absolutely stunning, superb quality, and although expensive a real investment piece. I am glad I chose this over several other cheaper options as it really has the wow factor and feels so luxurious. Will definitely not be my last purchase from this independent company.

I have a G&C coat from Harvey Nics which I love and so I do look every winter to see the new releases. This year I noticed they are offering repairs and alterations and I asked them to take a look at a Shearling coat from another brand which I bought in the 90s and can't wear due to it looking really dated. The exceptional team at G&C gave me great advice and carried out the work invisibly and I can now wear the coat proudly. The work was well priced and I would highly recommend them.

My Gilet is incredible- so soft, such high quality and a stunning colour ( on both sides - it’s reversable!)
It’s a unique piece that I will enjoy forever and shall wear with pride that it is designed and made here.

It’s really special these days, being able to dial the number and speak to a really nice person straight away.. no options, no awful muzak just real people in a real company making incredibly high quality stuff.

I don’t usually spend a huge amount on clothes, but for this shearling well, it was worth it and I’m thrilled
