I had the pleasure of dealing with John for a purchase. He was amazing, everything was easy and quick. Delivery was organized very quickly for a large order and when I realized I would not be home on the day of the delivery due to unforseen circumstances, I called Ricky and he managed to move the delivery to the following day. Great gear, prompt despatch. Invested in additional home gym accessories for my basic HG100. Only shortfall is lack of a pec deck accessory for it. Otherwise it continues to meet my needs.
