Delivery is a week late so far with no updates. Gymsupplements use the 'shop' app for updates / delivery info, which is essentially an up-sale site. Terrible in the circumstances. Time for a refund it seems. I may change the score if it arrives but for now, it may be a refund through the banks if GS doesn't reply. Buyer Beware.!

I place my order on 31st October '25 and to this day I still haven't received my order.... emailed serval times BUT no reply.
Guessing I'm never going to see or here from them any time soon....

Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed the order in September. I never received my order and despite requesting a refund numerous times, I have not received this or even a response. Stay well away from this SCAM site!!!

Awful service – avoid at all costs!

I decided to try this new supplement provider as their prices were slightly cheaper – I spent over £150 on my regular supplements and saved about £45. They promised 2-day delivery, but nothing ever arrived.

I’ve contacted them several times with no response, and they’ve completely ignored my refund request too. Absolutely shocking customer service. I’ll never use this company again – I’m sat here now more than 8 weeks past my delivery date still with no products or no replies to emails… save yourself the hassle and avoid them altogether.

I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. Their customer service is extremely poor, with no effective means of contact - emails are ignored, and the phone number is inactive. Furthermore, the tracking number provided was fake, adding to the overall sense of deception and unreliability.

I placed an order over a month ago. Never recieved the items. No replies to my emails. The company's contact number doesn't work. I've raised a dispute with Clearpay about stopping my payments. Its been 10 days and still no reply from merchant, and Clearpay won't cancel the upcoming payments. Overall worst experience. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered some protein powder about a month ago and it’s no where to be seen !! It says it’s been shipped but no other updates I’m really annoyed and disappointed!!!
I have emailed many times and have got no where.

Ordered quite a few things over the years from here without issue, but my most recent order placed at the beginning of August still hasn't arrived. Keep getting fobbed off when I ring the company. They just keep ignoring the calls now and text me saying they're looking into it. I just want a refund now. Not sure what has happened here reading other reviews? I've never had a problem up until now.

Terrible, awful. 1 month nearly no order, multiple emails with no response back. Phone number doesn't work. I'm on the verge of paying them a visit myself since they aren't too far from me......

Nearly 2 weeks since I placed my order and heard nothing. I've emailed everyday, messaged on linkedin, Instagram and nothing. Royal mail says awaiting parcel! Raised a dispute with clearpay as I paid through that. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered an item at £44.99 12 days ago no email confirmation, no tracking info, not answering numerous emails, instagram or facebook book pms. Disgusting customer service take money and no goods struggle to see how could use this company going forward

I do not recommend this company at all. I have had a 13 day delay since I ordered on the 1/08/25. I have emailed them twice and no reply. Tracking info just says royal mail are waiting for the parcel. I paid 24 hour delivery it's closer to 24days. I think the service they provide is way below standard and communication is key when ordering anything online.

Updating my review here. I originally put 1 star after not hearing back from them about my order. I waited 2 weeks without any update but eventually got my order.

There’s definitely a communication problem with this company which can make you not trust them but I received my order which matters.

I have to say I was very skeptical after placing an order once I had read the reviews. I even messaged a few times trying to cancel thinking I had been scammed but I was wrong! Today I received my order and a little gift from the company as the parcel was a day or two late which is fine with me. I have to say that you won't receive much luck trying to contact them but I cannot fault the product I've received and I'm more than happy with everything.

Don't be to quick to judge after reading the reviews like I was as I've been proven that I was wrong to think the same.

Please avoid ordering from this company you place order and never receive it you get sent tracking information that says expecting order over 2 weeks for my order email dont get answered no way of contacting company. It was only when I opened a dispute with the bank that I finally had my order after 2.5 weeks this was not the first te I had issues. Avoid this company at all costs
