My experience with Gynisus Inc
My experience with Gynisus Inc. was deeply disappointing. When the payment was due at the end of the month as a Machine Learning Engineer, I was told that their time tracking software (Time Doctor) flagged my hours as "unproductive" or "idle." When I provided clear evidence that the majority of this time was spent on productive, job-related activities, the management ignored it and also on the time tracking software they state that it is completely normal to have idle time when thinking, reading article...). Instead, I received threats from the CEO, Hila Friedmann, accusing me of using "defamatory language" just for defending my work.
This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but unethical. Their handling of payment issues is unfair, and they fail to acknowledge the realities of work that require reading, research, and sometimes idle moments, especially in a technical role. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
