No boots after 4 months — Refund not given so far
I ordered some boots on 17th May 2024. They were on back-order (as opposed to a custom order) and I was told they would take 3 weeks. After 6 weeks I asked again, and was told another 3 weeks. Etc.
After 4 months i have given up and asked for a refund. Hopefully that will dealt with promptly — I will update.

UPDATE 1 — 27th Sept 24
Them: My refund was not granted, instead they asked me to “bear with them”.
Me: I have repeated my request for the refund.
Them: “I have elevated that to my line manager to process for you”.
UPDATE 2 — 1st October 24
Me: I have repeated my request for the refund. No response from them yet. No response from line manager.
UPDATE 3 — 4th October 24
Me: Still no response or refund so I’ve raised a dispute with Paypal.
UPDATE 4 — 19th October 24
No refund so far, despite the response on their other Trustpilot page.
