Delivery of Ember Pro Hot Tub
Prompt delivery and took care positioning a heavy hot tub. Set up was quick and efficient, followed by instructions on the use of the hot tub and basic ideas regarding upkeep using the various chemicals.

Fantastic service & good looking tub

Fantastic service from start to finish! We had to change our installation date, and Katie in the office was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made rearranging everything really easy.
A big thank you also to Tony and Neal, who carried out the installation. They arrived early and were both extremely friendly, polite and professional. They took the time to explain how the hot tub works, including the controls and everything we needed to know, which was really appreciated.
The whole experience has been excellent, from dealing with the office through to installation.
We’re absolutely delighted with our hot tub and would highly recommend the company to anyone considering one.

The delivery men Tony and Leighton were outstanding and so professional. Made sure they handle the hot tub with the upmost care, making sure the hot tub was placed exactly where I wanted it ! Took the time to explain everything to me. 10/10 highly recommended

Tony and Leighton were very knowledgeable guys and took time to take us through all the necessary information to ensure we enjoy our hot tub. They were really helpful and left everywhere clean and tidy. H2O were very helpful when we went to the shop and helped guide us through the process of owning a hot tub and what would be appropriate for our requirements.

Tremendous service all round
Ty and Neil were utterly supurb with the delivery and installation of the hot tub, no question was too mundane, their problem solving skills brilliant and above all else were thoroughly nice blokes to just have a general chat with. First time hot tub owners
We had Aaron and Lee come to install and deliver out hot tub. They arrived around the time slot, were friendly, treated my property with respect . They took time to explain the different jets, lights and settings.
