My Mistake NOT Habitat's
I have changed my review of Habitat from 1 to 5 stars. I made a mistake. And I am sorry. I was expecting delivery of a special pair of nail clippers from an order that I placed on the 28th of February. At the time, I was a sleep deprived owner of an 8 week old pup. I didn't realize that I had chosen "Click & Collect" vs delivery. Karen Habitat was patient and kind enough to express post the nail clippers to me last Friday. They arrived today.

Shopped here a number of times now and I am happy with the good prices and consistency in pricing. The staff are polite and efficient but the web site could be better as I need to do a verbal order as your website delivery to the ACT isn’t recognised.

Friendly staff, lots of choice
The staff are very helpful and friendly and there's plenty of choice in the stock. The stores are spacious and easy to navigate. The staff give excellent advice about caring for pets especially when you're a new owner.
