Fault on Haden kettle and its replacement
I have a red retro style Haden kettle. This is the 2nd one, the first having already been replaced by the company as water was collecting in the temperature gauge from the moment I started using it. The company replaced it promptly with no problems, but I started having problems with the replacement within 3 months. It switches off repeatedly before coming to the boil- very annoying. I have to stand by it holding the switch down. I tried descaling in case that was the problem, to no avail. My conclusion- looks nice but cheap components. I can’t face the rigmarole of returning a second time and I don’t have the box. Wouldn’t buy another one- ever!

Replacement under warranty period
Purchased a Haden kettle through Amazon last year which stopped working. Contacted customer service and after a few pics sent to show issue a replace was authorised. Returns label emailed and item dropped off to local shop. The process was very easy and straightforward, communication excellent ongoing, a very fluid process.

I have recently been in touch with Haden regarding an issue with a microwave. This was my first product from them and, if I am honest, I did not know the company very well. I originally purchased the product from Amazon.
I am very impressed with how they handled my query. They replied to my email the same day, kindly sent me a prepaid DPD label to return the microwave, and after receiving it they sent me a new one. There was no hassle and no need to chase emails. Everything was done superbly and in a timely manner. I genuinely could not have received better service.

Wonderful products
I purchased the Haden Sensor kettle and toaster package last week and I love them. 😊 The design is modern, stylish mixed with technological displays that give them their edge. The kettle boils fast on all temperatures and much quieter than my last kettle, and the toaster is speedy too making light and crispy toast. I am very happy with both items and they look superb in my new kitchen. 🎉

Attractive retro kettle
I bought a Haden Jersey kettle a week ago. It’s great looking with a retro feel, deep blue and easy to handle with an accurate pouring spout. A temperature gauge which although not necessary for my purposes is an attractive feature. My only gripe is that as the water nears the boil, trapped air seems to be released from the sides of the lid making a hissing sound. Otherwise so far, very pleased.

We bought a kettle and toaster from Haden in August last year. Unfortunately the kettle broke just before Christmas, I advised Haden of the problem and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently, no hassle our new kettle is arriving tomorrow.

Kettle losing colour around lid
I purchased both a Navy Kettle and a Toaster. Very pleased with them both . Have a really retro feel. Come up lovely and shiny each after a wipe with a damp cloth and then a buff. I had an issue with the colour coming off where the lid fits on the kettle. I contacted the company and they asked how I cleaned it. I explained damp cloth and buffing. The sent me an email to return to them with a code to show at the post office. A new one was sent out. It took a few days due to New Year period. Excellent service .

Very happy customer
We have a Haden kettle and toaster and find both to be the perfect combination of stylish and functional. The 2 year warranty has also been great, we ran into a problem with our kettle shortly before the end of the warranty period and Haden were really quick to resolve this by providing a replacement kettle with no fuss. I found their customer service to be efficient, friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Replaced in 4 days
When first contacting Haden I found the experience very comforting .
I was lead though the returns of my appliance for a replacement item and contacted every step of the way from Haden and DPD. The return went very smoothly. As soon as the appliance was received a replacement was sent out the same day and received by me the very next day.
In total a turn around of 4 days the week before Christmas!
I would recommend this company's customer service very highly

No Durability, Not made in the UK.
I received 3 appliances for my wedding (kettle, microwave, toaster.) In 1-2 years they have all broken down and are unusable. These products lack durability, and are no longer made in the UK (made in China.)
