Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service, my airfryer stopped working,sent email to Haden replied next day sent me return label, I returned faulty one and received my new one today, all sorted out in days ,couldn't be happier.

0 stars for Haden reply to by trust pilot reviews. They sent me the same reply I got when I first complained directly.
I am cooking 40 years and know well how to clean non stick cookware.
I don’t use any other non stick products.
I won’t be buying from Haden ever again.

Thanks for getting in touch.

The QA Team confirm non-stick coating wouldn’t usually peel off by itself.

This kind of issue is most often caused by a few things, such as:

• Using metal utensils or rough cleaning sponges that can scratch the surface.
• Overheating the part, especially if it’s empty.
• Stuck-on food being scrubbed off too firmly.

If food does get stuck, it’s best to soak the part in warm, soapy water for a while before cleaning. This helps loosen any residue and keeps the coating in good condition.

Open Door

I have a Haden air Fryer and have had no problem with it until the last week when it keeps turning itself halfway through cooking . The sign Door Open comes on but the door is closed . Have you any answers ?

I love the products but I was…

I love the products but I was disappointed when DPD (their courier) messaged me to say the order would have to be picked up at my local post office. Not a problem I thought, but with three items that came in a massive huge box it was very difficult for me to take out of the post office, drag it along the pavement to my car, then hoist a heavy box inside my car. Why they couldn’t deliver it to my house, I have no idea!

Great aftersales service

Although we did have some mechanical issues with our Haden toaster, the quality of aftersales service was exceptional, with Haden quickly replacing the unit under warranty, with good communication throughout the process.

I purchased an 9.5l Dual drawer air…

I purchased an 9.5l Dual drawer air fryer from Lidl. A fault developed in that the left hand drawer even when closed read OPEN. I contacted Lidl who were not interested in helping even though the product was under one year old (with a 2 year warranty). I therefore contacted Haden, who asked for a photo, proof of purchase and serial number of the unit. (Luckily I still had the proof of purchase)I emailed over the details and received a fast response from Haden with a returns label - on receipt of my air fryer they would despatch, immediately, a new replacement Air Fryer with next day delivery, using DPD (a company who are very reliable here).
Despite it being a Saturday, I did receive the parcel, and was very pleased to find instead of having to repeatedly press the button to move through the programme, each button now can be pressed to choose the option directly..
For me, the only downside to this was having to return the original Air Fryer, in the large original packing, to a DPD pickup point, rather than it being collected from me, to a Post Office which I could park outside (it is a heavy and bulky item) and which is a 14 mile drive each way, as we live out in the sticks.
The whole experience with Haden was very professional and helpful with a fast response to my emails, which is most welcome nowadays when trying to contact a human being rather than dealing with a chatbot, so Thank You Haden.

Item not as described

Item not as described, after contacting was told they would rectify the description, I said I wasn't happy with that outcome so was told to return it in the huge box it came in which i couldn't carry and item heavy and take to nearest dpd to return, I can't walk unaided and don't have a car let alone try and carry it, shocking customer service.

My microwave developed a fault. Hadens/Sabichi replaced it immediately without any quibble whatsoever on receiving the faulty item. Can't speak any more highly of them. Their customer service is exemplary . A big thanks 👍

Excellent customer service in replacing…

Excellent customer service in replacing a toaster that developed a fault after 18 months of daily use. A very good Hadden toaster that I would recommend.

Perfect toaster

Perfect toaster, easy to control, love the lift and see function, makes even nicely browned toast. Looks very smart on the counter top.

Haden dual drawer air fryer

One year old. Both door switches faulty after five months. Have to stand beside cooker and keep adjusting doors.
Very dissapointed.
