Ich habe vor kurzem eine Haartransplantation bei Hairneva machen lassen und bin sehr zufrieden. Von Anfang an wurde ich freundlich empfangen und das Team hat sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert. Alle meine Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet und ich habe mich während der ganzen Zeit wohl gefühlt.
Omar war bzw. ist mein Berater. Er ist immer ansprechbar und beantwortet jede Frage ausführlich. Echt ein top Berater und falls einer von euch bei ihm landet, seid ihr in guten Händen.

Der Eingriff selbst war sehr professionell, und auch nach der OP war die Nachsorge super. Ich habe mich immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kann die Klinik nur weiterempfehlen.

Couldn't have expected a better hair transplant experience, traveled from New York to turkey for the transplant I didn't know what to expect. Theoman was my point of contact and offered literally the best service I've ever had in my life. There was zero confusion on what to do or where to be at what time. All directions are given to you at the time you need them so you don't feel overwhelmed. The staff that operated on me was extremely efficient and polite even with the language barrier we were able to get some laughs in. For added convenice the hotel they put you in is in the same building as the clinic. If you're thinking of a hair transplant and are overwhelmed by all the options, stop looking and reach out to hairneva, it's a once in a lifetime experience.

Flying all the way from Los Angeles to unknown areas in Istanbul was quite nerve wrecking for me. I had more concerns and doubts than anything. I don’t trust easily. I don’t trust “trust pilot” reviews and instagram pics/videos can “hide” many details. I had already bought my plane ticket and STILL ALMOST back’d out all together. That all being said I’m glad I didn’t. I researched and received quotes from 8 different clinics before flying out. I then also visited a couple in person before I made my final decision. I listened to other Drs consultations, looked/spoke with their customers in waiting areas (some were even on a 2nd visit for them), and even looked at their hotels provided. Seemed to all fall short on expectations and some trying to push other methods with very low grafts implantation. Really felt almost like a bait and switch.

Choosing HairNeva:

I am very happy with my outcome 6 days post procedure. I wasn’t completely bald yet (mainly thinning), but I wanted density and I wanted someone who would listen and actually push the limits on what I wanted, but also not give me some hack job outcome. I am happy to say I received 5,300 grafts on a 1 day procedure. (I opted out of a 2 day for my own personal reasons). Mike, Dr. Go, and all staff were extremely pleasant/helpful and took extra care of me throughout the whole day. It didn’t feel rushed which I’m really thankful for. No surprises and they followed through on exactly what was promised. My scalp is full of grafts and my donor area looks ok as of now (still healing). I’m very excited to see my results moving forward in the coming months.

1 more thing I want to add that might help you make your decision:

The hotel provided (Marriott) is very nice and in a better area of Istanbul imo. Basically like an apartment. Same location as the clinic. The interior is modern and has a kitchen/washer + dryer. I’d definitely will stay there again on any future trips as grocery was also across the street.

Visited from Texas,USA for hair transplant. Very good experience overall- stay at the hotel, the 2 day procedure with the whole team, Mike helping with coordinating everything. Anaesthia is uncomfortable as was expected, but the process went smooth. Happy with the hairline. Hoping to see good results in the upcoming months.

Hello , I’m writing this review to let everyone know that my hair Transplant was successfully done in HairNeva (Istanbul ,fulya) . very happy with the hospitality provided by HairNeva. Mr.mike, the medical executive co-ordinated through out the process of my HT. However, the surgery was done by the medical assistants who are trained under Dr.GO . But I met dr.GO post surgery and he reviewed my hairline and the implanted areas and provided his advises on taking care of my hair, post surgery. Overall it was a good experience. Undoubtedly anyone who wish to transplant the hair can visit HairNeva.

My experience with hair neva was great the hotel staff were great and friendly the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. My hair transplant went smoothly I had close to no pain during the numbing process and no pain during my hair transplant. There was a small section next to my ear I wanted to add grafts to after the transplant was completed and they had no problem with doing so. My agent was very helpful and answered any questions I had before during and after my transplant. I would recommend them to anyone intrested in hair transplants. 10/10

Transfer was arranged and in order. The staff were amazing and done everything they could, also very professional. The operation was spot on and went superb, clinic was great too. My overall experience with HairNeva is 10/10. Everything went smooth, and I would recommend it to anyone who’s considering the hair transplant. Lastly, the hotel was beautiful.

Places quite large with a lot of staff. The transportation was arranged with the hotel, which was in the same building as the clinic so that was very convenient. The procedure was done over two days with minimal discomfort. The first half of Care was very good. The whole experience was nice and I think the final outcome will be good

Mon expérience chez HairNeva été a la hauteur de mes attentes, à commencer par l'excellent accueil de Monsieur Timmy qui m'a accompagné durant tout mon séjour et à répondu à tout mes questions avec bienveillance.
L'équipe médical était très professionnel et compétente et attentif avec moi.
La clinique est très moderne et se trouve à l intérieur de l'hotel le Mariott, un suite luxueuse ma été fourni ce qui a grandement aidé a rendre l'expérience plus confortable.

Il y a 1 an, je recherchais la possibilité de me faire des implants capillaires en Turquie, les prix pratiqués en France étant parfaitement prohibitifs. Mais où aller? Car c'était aller vers l'inconnu... peut-être comme vous aujourd'hui.
Hair Neva avait de très bons avis, alors je me suis lancé...
Je peux vous dire de suite, sans aucun regret.
J'en ai profité pour visiter Istanbul pendant 15 jours, et j'en suis encore sous le charme.
Hair Neva a envoyé un taxi pour nous conduire à notre hôtel, dans le centre historique. Puis leur taxi est revenu nous chercher le jour de l'intervention pour un hôtel "haut de gamme ". Puis retour à l'aéroport. Tout cela inclus dans le forfait.
La clinique est super clean, moderne, spacieuse, haut de gamme elle aussi. Je suis convaincu que bien des centres d'implants capillaires en France n'atteignent pas ce niveau d'excellentes.
2 jours d'intervention. Durée 6h30 le 1er jour, 7 heures le second.
Le matin, prélèvement des greffons, transplantation l'après-midi.
Un personnel efficace et rodé à cette technique.
Mes cheveux et les implants ont poussé régulièrement. Les "nouveaux cheveux " n'ont pas tombé comme c'est le cas le plus souvent, semble-t-il.
2 mois après l'intervention, j'étais très "présentable".
8 mois après, c'est parfait, et vraiment ravi d'avoir choisi Hair Neva.
Le seul petit "bémol " : la mise en place de l'anesthésie n'est pas agréable. Une fois faite, on ne sent plus rien.
Puis on repart le crâne rasé, et un peu tuméfié. C'est le prix à payer pour ne plus voir sa calvitie.
Et je ne le regrette absolument pas.
Un grand merci à tous ceux qui se sont occupés de moi, et ils sont nombreux ! Et s'il faut refaire quelques implants , ce sera sans aucune hésitation que je retournerais dans ce centre.

Je suis très content de ma greffe. Pour commencer, Timmy, le contact que j’avais sur place, est fort sympathique et parle très bien français 🇫🇷 Il est avec vous pour chaque étape, du tracé de la ligne frontale jusqu’à la salle d’opération, et fait office de traducteur si besoin. Il me demandais régulièrement si tout allait bien et sa présence était vraiment rassurante, vous n’êtes pas livré à vous même 👍
Pour la greffe, tout s’est très bien passé. Une fois l’anesthésie effectuée, on ne sent plus rien et j’ai même pu dormir !

J’ai été prélevé de 4500 greffons en une seule intervention. Je n’ai rien demandé au médecin, c’est lui qui analyse votre cuir chevelu, et décide de la répartition là où il y a besoin. Je ne pensais pas avoir autant de greffons, comme quoi j’en avais vraiment besoin ! Beaucoup sur le devant de la tête, où il y a les golfs, un peu au milieu sur le sommet et le reste au niveau de la calvitie du moine.

J’ai vraiment hâte de voir le résultat qui sera, j’en suis certains, IN-CROY-ABLE !! Plus qu’à prendre soin de tout ça grâce aux produits fournis par Hairneva 👌

Expérience au top pour un prix imbattable, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

I would like to share my experience at Hair Neva. The service was quick and efficient as I reached out to them via WhatsApp. Prior to my visit, Mike was responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns. He took care of scheduling my appointment, arranging transportation, and booking my hotel stay. The convenience of having the clinic located in the same building was a major plus. I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire team and doctors at the clinic who demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness. Throughout the process, Mike was by my side, guiding me on post-transplant hair care and medications. I'm extremely satisfied with my choice to go with Hair Neva, especially considering the numerous clinics available in Istanbul. Now, I will patiently await the results.

I live in America and the thought of going to Istanbul for a hair transplant seemed daunting at first. Initially I was attracted by how much money I could save compared to the cost back home. I did save a lot for sure, but even aside from the savings this is an incredible facility and experience and just top of the line in every way. I also loved exploring Istanbul. It’s a beautiful city. And finally I couldn’t have done it without my coordinator Timmy. He was there every step of the way to make it a perfect experience.

Mon expérience avec Hairneva a été génial . En effet , la communication avec l’intermédiaire de la clinique , l’organisation du séjour / trajet / hôtel au top .
J’ai beaucoup apprécié la prise en charge par l’équipe administrative et l’équipe soignante qui ont été au petit soin avec moi du début à la fin . On se sent tout de suite mis à l’aise, et surtout écouté quand à notre demande .
Les locaux sont chic , moderne et surtout très propre. Une fois arrivé sur place, tout est bien organisé pour que nous n’ayons plus rien d’autre à penser . Je recommande à 100% cette clinique , si vous devez en choisir une, choisissez celle ci .

Quelques informations sur ma greffe faite en novembre 2023
6200 greffons en 2 jours 3000 vertex 3200 ligne frontale ,aucun détail n'est donné malgré ma demande sur le nombre de cheveux, j'ai cherché le taxi 15 min en arrivant ,le jour du départ je ne savais toujours pas où le retrouver
La clinique est dans l'hôtel mais la chambre est mal insonorisée on entend les gens parler .
Le technicien qui opére ainsi que l'horaire on été changé au dernier moment ,une personne parlant français etait présente juste pour l'anesthésie après c'est 3 femmes et un homme qui plaisantent pendant 6 et 7 h d'opération c'est insupportable. La ligne frontale est faite en 2 min par le docteur go en 2 min sans analyse au microscope il me dit 5000 max et on me préleve 6200 cherchez l'erreur , c'est la,seule fois où je l'ai vu il ne passe ni pendant ni après l'opération,aucun suivi rentrant en France j'ai envoyé gratuitement un ami se faire greffer il devait avoir une remise et il a payé 350 euros de plus pour 4500 greffons c'est honteux on ne m'a même pas remercier pour ce geste ,de retour en France il a fallu relancer 2 fois pour savoir comment prendre les médocs car pas de document donné lors de mon départ , visiblement l'ancien correspondant est parti en espérant que le nouveau fera correctement son boulot ,résultat à 8 mois ligne frontale trop droite ils chargent trop devant par rapport à l'arrière, pour finir la clinique vous demande de faire et de refaire une vidéo pousse en l'air en disant que c'est super ' trajet taxi aller retour dangereux sms en conduisant double par la droite sous la pluie ,voilà j'ai un peu près fait le tour
