My lighting did not arrive. Their 'contact' email address bounced back. Sadly I was duped into thinking this was a reputable company. Dont make the same mistake.

First light arrived broken and they are saying it is my fault (when it arrived broken....) and the second light didn't even arrive after 2 months... Customer service are horrible and victim blame. Do not use this company.

Lamp shade is a poor quality imitation of the lamp shade advertised on their website. On dispute they argued that there maybe slight variation due to hand made qualities. I could return the product but due to them being based in Hong Kong the postage which is not refund able is as much as the original cost of the lampshade. I feel as the website is mocked up as English, they are deceitful and scamming one.

The lamp is good and looks as expected. Customer service is good. However, the delivery took weeks and when the parcel arrived one part of the item was damaged. The customer service was great and arranged a new item very quickly, which took then another 4 weeks to arrive.
The new parcel was in excellent condition.

Ordered a Japanese Akari Rice Paper Lamp in January and it arrived with a bent frame and poor design quality. Have been trying to contact them since for a refund or replacement and had no response. Utterly awful customer service and really poor products. Do not buy from here!!

It does take a bit longer for goods to arrive but if you have a question please use email as you get a quick response. Lights are as expected and good quality.

Never ever received my item. Tried to call and number not in use

Parcels took longer than expected, but within reason. The packaging was exceptional and both products were stunning.

In my experience, this is a great company to deal with. Fully recommended.

Ordered and waited and waited and waited. They do not answer any communication and phone disconnected. Putting down to a learning lesson. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Bought an Arisha light fitting. Looks good, very fair value.

I had first found the item on a different website about 26% more, so was pleased to save money. It’s replacing a broken but lovely high end Italian product, no longer available, maybe as much as 10 times the price. By comparison, this looks OK, and, based on that, it’s value for money and then some.

I’ve got to say that I’ve been looking for a while, and most contemporary fittings are, to my eyes, wacky. Nice to find a site where there were fittings that weren’t. If you want wacky, they’ve got them too!

There were issues with the order, but I was partly to blame, for sure. All I expect is that the company works hard to fix them and shows goodwill in doing so. That was most definitely the case.

The phone number is a nonsense. Emails responded quickly and professionally.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. At 1st glance company seems to be UK based, prices seem reasonable for the images shown. That’s the 1st con. Items come from China and not shipped in the timescales shown or given, they take an age to arrive. Once it did arrive it was clear that the packaging was 2nd rate. Once opened it was clearly cobbled together in some sweatshop. Once contacted for a refund and return they seemed amenable and said refund would be processed as soon as received back. Had to send back at own cost approx £70 on a light that cost £170. But I wanted at least some money back. Then held up at customs in China, probably due to the shoddy quality. All in all it has taken 4 months and still no resolution. And now they do not return emails. I will be contacting the credit card company to retract the payment as it seems many have had to resort to. Before radio silence on email they did get a bit shirty and short in their responses as I think they realise they are a bunch or robbing con artists. In short, I won’t be buying anything from the internet again and will refuse to buy anything if made in China. It’s not worth the hassle and the risk. Pay more, get better quality, shop local and UK when possible to avoid disappointment.

The website looks professional although I should of checked reviews before purchasing a £310 light fitting. It took over a month to arrive, Evri flung the box over the gate and damaged it, thats when the fun and games began. The English mobile number quoted on the website is a waste of time, the email address bounced back and when I did get a response in broken English it was obvious the company are in China, they wanted me to return at my expense, when I refused as it was faulty radio silence. I raised a dispute with my bank supplying all relevant evidence, call logs, emails, photos etc, it has just been resolved in my favour. I have since seen a similar light on Temu ! for £70 ..

The website looks professional and trustworthy, which is why I placed an order. Unfortunately, the item received was poor quality and faulty.

Communication was slow and difficult. The company refused to exchange the faulty item, which in my view did not appear consistent with their own stated terms and conditions.

It also became clear the business operates from China rather than the UK, which made resolving the issue more complicated than expected.

A refund was only obtained after I raised a dispute with my credit card provider.

I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution, especially if after-sales support is needed.

its a chinese rip off so dont order, placed an order 4 jan and still waiting for delivery with no replies . don not use

Some of my order never arrived after over a month of waiting and the products were extremely poor quality despite the higher price. Waiting to hear back from company but likely to be a scam.

Scam. Send you substandard item, and charge for you to send it back to China. Avoid.

AVOID. Based in CHINA, they will not refund , but expect you to send the fitting back to China at your own cost.
Shoddy fittings , poor quality light fitting. Poor communication, NO phone number etc.

Bought a light fitting from this company that was supposed be supplied in a couple of days from a UK based company. However it took 3 weeks to arrive from China and was poor quality with sharp edges where the cable came through the body and my Electrition refused to fit it. When I complained about the quality of the light I was told that I was responsible for shipping back to China and would be charged for all import taxes and would have to wait for a refund until the item was returned and inspected. I contacted my bank and card company and sent them the emails from the company including the sarcastic ❤️that they sent me when I told them that I wasn’t happy with the light fixture and wanted to return to a UK address as was advertised on the website. Card company has now refunded me and is investigating this company PLEASE DONT buy from these CONMEN
