When I was first notified by Hallbrook regarding my potential shares miss-selling claim I was unsure what to expect, however after speaking to one of their team who clearly laid out the issue and my options for actioning a claim, I felt confident to proceed and work with Hallbrook. Throughout the whole process they have been professional, maintained excellent lines of communication and been very transparent regarding their costs. Whilst I could’ve dealt with the claim myself, as pointed out by Hallbrook, I’m pleased that I made the decision to instruct Hallbrook to act on my behalf as the claim has been actioned quickly and efficiently. A 10/10 service, thank you.

I had changed my name and address and that was an issue that was resolved by this company, quickly and efficiently. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

I would not have thought about lodging a claim on my own behalf and assumed that the money was lost however Hallbrook Partners made the process seem so simple and with their assistance, we have been successful in recovering funds which I assumed were gone for ever. They explained the process, which was easy to follow, once the claim was made a few weeks later I was informed that my claim was successful and I received my compensation. I can't fault the service, Thanks again.

I very rarely do reviews but in this case I feel compelled to. Hallbrook’s made the entire process so simple and incredibly quick, yes, they take a cut but, boy is it worth it!
