Sono esattamente 6 mesi che non mi pagano . Il mio avvocato ha scritto numerose email a cui evitano di rispondere. Ora dicono che la halldis non paga per una clausola che sosterrebbe che in caso di emergenza possono anche non pagare peccato che i mesi di gennaio e febbraio non fossero ancora mesi interessati dall’emergenza covid e inoltre vi è dentro da un anno la stessa inquilina che sicuramente ha pagato l’agenzia almeno il doppio.

Asked me to pay the balance of my booking !!!! even when Italy in lockdown and we are locked out of EU .
Wouldn’t refund our deposit despite frustration of contract or majeure.
it’s a pandemic they don’t happen every year !!!

Sono Proprietario di un appartamento in gestione Halldis i primi mesi tutto ok! tutto rose e fiori... poi improvvisamente non vengo più pagato con sistematicità, dopo vari reclami scritti e telefonate le solite scuse "siamo spiacenti...ci dispiace moltissimo abbia ancora un pò di pazienza,,,". DA EVIARE TALE AZIENDA !!

I am very surprised by these reviews.
I am renting for years with Halldis and even when I had some issues they would solve them rapidly.
I work in sales so I doubt that these reviews are real and most likely are written by some competitor companies.

Halldis is a very reliable company, trust me.

da proprietario sconsiglio vivamente di usare Halldis. Non pagano i proprietari e quando lo fanno solo con molto ritardo solo perche' mi sono avvalso di un avvocato. Ho rescisso per inadempienza il contratto con loro

I wish I could give them a zero. We rented our apartment with them and their accounting was a disaster, and they ending up not paying us for several months. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER renting with them!

Fate pietà. 5000 euro per un mese di accomodamento pagato profumatamente dalla mia azienda e con il frigo rotto da quando sono appena entrato ovvero ormai 2 settimane. Aspettatevi richiesta di rimborso dal mio avvocato. Facile fare affare con il cu.o degli altri.

We rented a flat for many months in Milan starting from July 2019. We had a pricy corporate contract for a luxurious 3 bedrooms. At first we were impressed with both location and look of the flat. But then things rapidly got wrong: floors were not wiped, toilets were dirty, WiFi was not working, hot water was on and off, but mostly off, we had many issues with electric plugs that wouldn’t work and... dishwasher was not working either. We reached out to them every week, several times a week, for one month, all the way to the point where we had to move out and find something new on our own. They gave our company a partial refund. No apology to us, and for sure no follow up at all, promising to fix things many times but postponing deadlines every week. Terrible service and experience. Difficult when you’re moving from abroad in a new city to start a new job. Very time consuming.

If I could give HALLDIS a zero or a MINUS number I would. The most dreadful of experiences in Bologna - so bad we left after one night having booked 5. SO BEWARE if you book an airbnb apartment in Italy and find it is managed by Halldis. The apartment, cleverly photographed with fish eye lens was small, shabby and filthy. Sofa broken, dining chair cover missing. The agency person meeting us failed to notice or apologise for FILTHY conditions in the kitchen, to walls, doors, floors, carpets, toilet. Failed to prepare the apartment for 4 people, we found one knife, one wine glass, one mug. They pride themselves on supposedly offering high quality preparation services, THEY FAILED SO BEWARE!!

Sono un proprietario e non vengo pagato! Dovrebbero pagare, da contratto, entro 30 giorni dalla fine di ciascun mese. Non mi pagano da novembre 2018. Sei mesi di ritarso e quasi 10.000 euro che non ho ricevuto quando loro hanno incassato almeno il doppio!!! Lo stesso era successo nel 2017, stesse scuse stessi ritardi.
Scegliete qualcun altro. Fatevi dare delle cauzioni! (cosa che non ho fatto purtroppo).

Assolutamente incapaci di pagare puntualmente i proprietari, 3 mesi e più di ritardo su ciascun pagamento e irrintracciabili sia al telefono che per email. Società assolutamente non trasparente ben oltre i limiti della correttezza.

Gestione commerciale e operativa scadente per i proprietari che ricevono con ritardi di mesi i canoni già incassati da Halldis.
Inoltre loro incassano il doppio di quanto riceve il proprietario dell'immobile messo a disposizione.
Alla larga !!

Halldis Non paga i proprietari da cui si serve...
Allontanatevi da questa società di furfanti.
Mi prendono in giro continuamente.

This company has a really terrible reimbursement policy that is at odds with the hotel industry. Basically, you could die, your father can die, and you will still have to pay their deposit. This contrasts with usual hotel reimbursement policy that offers a full refund in case of extenuating circumstances. It is just not worth it!

I am using halldis when moving around with my company. They take care of you, contact Alida or Moussa for special arrangements with your company.
