Welshpool banch.
Took time off and arranged Airbnb for a viewing 5 hours from me. (£250 non refundable). Got a call 48hrs before to say they hadn't the staff to meet me even though it had been booked for 10days previous. Spoke to the Manager Kerry who was equally frustrating to deal with. As a manager myself, I would have turned up in person to cover the inadequacies of my staff. Very poor all round. I wonder what they told the vendors?

Great all round experience from initial valuation, brochure preparation and EPC rating.
Sold house 2 days after being advertised, multiple viewings arranged and constant communication regarding bookings, and sale progress - property now sold and after sales service equally as engaging.

Lettings professionals
Halls Ellesmere recently let out a property for us in Wales - they took all the sting out of it for us . Walked us through and advised us on all the Welsh legislation and kept us informed all the way. Excellent service- Thankyou Charlotte and the lettings team.

Will not return calls
Will not return calls , cancelled a viewing on property as went under offer even though viewing arranged one day before, thought booked viewings were to be completed before submitting offers, disgusting way to treat potential purchasers, will not look at any property with them its a waste of time
