I had a purchase reversed more than 36 hours ago, and I still haven't received a refund. Support isn't responding, and nothing has been done so far! I'm waiting for my $500.

no compensation for waiting 7 days to get my money back after a trade was reversed then they hold my money hostage for another 1-3 days. other than that its an ok site

I bought an skin, everything was ok till the other guy revert trade so i got no money no skin and no refund from the website. Nice! I only had a clue from their support, "Now just wait couple hours for reverse notification, if not coming, can repeat log in with Steam"

appalling customer service, refunds take ages and sometimes don't work without talking to a useless customer service that takes days. Trades are reversible for buyers without getting in trouble, deposits have small limits of 1000, which means you can't buy many items, overall this is probably the WORST 3rd party site I have ever used to buy and sell cs skins! Recomended if you basically want to be scammed

Sellers are reverting trades more than any other site, support is completely ineligible at anything and the help is the slowest around. Refunds are slow, and they shift all responsibility off of themselves. Would personally love to see this site get taken down overall but for the time being just please avoid using it no matter how cheap it looks.

Fraudulent organization! you buy a skin or a knife and in 6 days the seller takes it back and you have nothing!

Overall fast,but i bulk bought 30 cases,and it didnt send a single one,will wait for a day and say how it goes

i buy 1000$ in skins when the cs market crash but one week afther all the trades were reversed when the prices went up around 1600$ in total, how is this posible?, this is incredible now i lost a huge oportunity and stuck with a 1000$ in a site, i dont recoment this page they have lower prices but the trade sistem is so bad in other pages like dmarket they uses bots to prevent this type of things to happen

The seller will reverse your trade after 7 days and after that they won't offer the option to refund you to your crypto/card/deposit method you will only be stuck with site balance. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE

Fast support that helped with kyc process, fast payments after kyc and lot cheaper than western markets. Thank you for letting eu customers buy from here :)

They had some issues with buying but they quickly resolved great support with great prices

After I bought the items and seller reversed the order, they completely ghosted me and keep ignoring me for 6 days. Ridiculous. I must say that I wrote them every day, some days even two or three times. I'd pass on them if I were you.

Great, for some reason I deposited 765 USD and now I cant deposit anything anymore. Tried to deposit multiple times and now apparently my account is locked from deposits for 2 days. The live chat is extremely slow and not helpful, make sure to go to their discord for fixes. They respond faster there.
