The site is Legit, Although there are a Lot of Bot farming account selling there. I checked those accounts that traded with me and some are now Banned.

We have penalties for canceling/reversing orders, but we can’t punish every seller who doesn’t accept a trade in time. Thank you for your understanding.

Unable to deposit funds
Went through the entire KYC process, just to be unable to deposit money to purchase the skins I wanted on the site. I called my bank and they stated there were no issues and that the transaction should have gone through. I attempted 3 times, was told to deposit crypto if unable to deposit from my bank and then was told I could no longer try to deposit funds to my account.

Hello! Sorry to hear about your experience. We using Anti-Money Laundering protection system and other security systems, which can freeze your account after multiple failed payment attempts. We cannot influence that. This is temporary, and if you are sure, there is no problem on your side, you should be able to use account again now.

Their customer service is both effective and a pleasure to deal with. They have helped me through an issue that was my mistake to begin with. The site is checked, I have spent around 3-4 thousand USD so far, and I know that I will spend a lot more, because the prices are very attractive and competitive, delivery is usually on time, although you can’t really judge that, because it depends on the person who is shipping, not on the site. However, I am glad about the solution that if the seller cancels the exchange, the site commits to refunding the full amount of the transaction :) I highly recommend it.
