The Hamilton Pen Company Reviews

very pleased to obtain some refills for an older roller ball pen. These seemed very difficult to find online and delivery was speedy. A little pricy though but then again the lower prices seen were not actually in stock

Usual first-class service from Hamilton Pens; great selection of items, competitive prices, and superlative service.

Very fast delivery, good quality, many thanks.

This is a wonderful wonderful company.
The products are top quality and the service is exceptional!
Delivery is so fast I’ve hardly closed the computer before it arrives.
I would recommend Hamilton Pens to EVERYONE !
Thank you !

Ordered roller ball refills and they arrived very quickly. Good reliable service.

I bought some inks from here during the height of the "pingdemic" and service was thorough and quick. The inks were packed very securely and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.

Crayons arrived quickly and were well packed. We have actually sent them off to Spain where our nephew is trying to colour with his left hand after a heart attack that damaged his right arm, and I thought good quality pencils would help.

I purchased the Pen for my son’s50th birthday with the help of a wonderful man I only know as Nigel.
He was informative courteous and obviously knew his pens .
The Pen arrived and was beautiful Unfortunately my son’s in laws had given him a Pen and he had used it so couldn’t return that one. So he did not try the Pen
But I am hoping that my other son will purchase one in the future It has been a pleasure dealing with The Hamilton Pen Co.

very quick delivery , product as discribed.
all good thanks

I'm a returning customer to Hamilton Pen Company - despite relatively small order values, the customer service provided by this company is first class. Highly recommended.

Great service on a small order. I'd certainly use the company again.

Item arrived on time and was as described, website has a wide rage of quality items will definitely use again

Goods arrived promptly and in good condition

Brilliant! My order was delivered very quickly and I loved everything!

Very pleased with the refill I ordered came quick

problem in purchasing a FINE nib version of a pen already in use which resulted in having to purchase a second secretarial set, I would suggest BOTH pens are available for customers particularly as the cost is close to £100 each.
On your suggestion we sent second pen to France, at your cost, for a nib change . Receive back and we are pleased with the result with no problems
We regard this system customer unfriendly, just a hastle

I ordered a Sheaffer 100 Ferrari Fountain Pen in Black after I bought a regular model elsewhere a few weeks earlier in the blue/chrome trim. The medium nib was so smooth, I absolutely had to get a matching pen in black so that I’d always have blue and black fountain pen ink ready to go.

Hamilton was the only company that had an all-black version. I didn't really mind that it was a Ferrari Edition because their logo was right on the top and quite discrete. So I ordered online and waited.

Hamilton’s customer service was top notch. The pen arrived the next day in pristine brand-new condition. I mention this because I bought an expensive Waterman Hemisphere on Amazon UK and returned it because it had been inked and had scuff marks on it.

In the end, I was actually very happy with the fact that I’d bought the Ferrari version of the 100 pen. I absolutely loved the Scuderia Ferrari engraving on the band, and the yellow Ferrari logo at the top of the pen perfectly complements the gloss black finish. The Ferrari box that came with it (along with officially licensed hologram) was a fantastic bonus on top.

Overall I was very happy with the service from Hamilton and wouldn’t hesitate to order again after this first experience with them.

Next day delivery. Had a query which I called about and it was handled promptly and courteously. Thank you.

Excellent value, great communication and fast delivery, I can’t fault it. Definitely my new go-to place for my pens.
