The Hamilton Pen Company Reviews

First time using for my favourite notebooks. Excellent company with quick and reliable delivery and competitive pricing. Will use again.

First time I have purchased from this company.
In the great scheme of things, a very small purchase, but my goodness what super service in every aspect.
Would highly recommend.
Thank you so much.

I ordered a pencil case and the next day realized it was in a color I didn't like. I sent an email on the off chance they could switch it for another and they promptly responded saying they could. Very happy with the price, delivery time and customer service. Thanks Jon :)

Excellent item and comes in its own caran box

The pen is great for my son who uses it at high school. It arrived in good time, nicely packaged with a spare ink cartridge. A very satisfactory purchasing experience.

Fantastic pen, mum will be getting one soon overall experience first class

Very good selection, prices and delivery time.

Good selection on website. Easy ordering and payment, and the items sent quickly. Thankyou.

The ball point pen refill I purchased recently was for my Caran d’ache Geneve pen. I have had this pen for many years so was very pleased to find a source for a refill.

Great range, fantastic deals & always prompt delivery … though their ‘subscribe’ has been a trifle inconsistent

I am so glad I purchased the 'Kaweco Brass Sport' pencil. It is perfect for note taking when I am out and about. It is well made and a perfect weight for writing. I am quite heavy handed and the 0.7mm lead suits me perfectly.

I had great service from Hamilton.

I made a mistake over the delivery address, which somebody from Hamilton communicated with me about; they promptly resent the parcel.

I am delighted with the pen, spare cartridges and reservoir, most of which are now hard to find on the high street. Thank you to all at Hamilton and please keep supplying Shaeffer pens!

I feel so happy with the service provided and I absolutely love my pen. Thank you and I would definitely recommend.

First time I’ve shopped at Hamilton Pen Company and I found the website very easy to use. I found the Sheaffer refills I needed in no time. I then had a browse around and really like the stock they have. Some beautiful pens at good prices. I live in the Highlands and am used to deliveries taken longer than other areas but my refills were here in no time. I’ll definitely be buying my next pen from Hamilton Pen Company. Thank you for a great service.

Professional efficient service from order through to delivery.

Such a wonderful company. If you enjoy writing, then this should be your go to place. Spoilt for choice & a choice for all pockets. First class. Many Thanks.

Hamilton Pens offer a very good selection of writing implements & accessories: from “the everyday” to the very special at reasonable prices & delivered by a reliable, trusted courier: Royal Mail. Have dealt with HP (pens not the sauce..!), for a number of years’ now & have always found them to be easy to deal with & accommodating if I’ve “got it wrong” - as has been known! I would certainly recommend HP to anyone interested in obtaining quality pens etc. at good prices with great service. Ta.

I cannot praise Hamilton Pens highly enough.
What a fantastic service they provide!
I was given a Diplomat roller ball pen for my birthday. The refill that accompanied it was the wrong one. Being unable to purchase a Diplomat refill at a stationer's on the high street I resorted to an online search. On the telephone to Hamilton Pens David discussed the matter with me at length and identified what he thought I needed. The refill that I subsequently purchased arrived two days later. What joy to have the right refill! As a regular letter writer my writing utensil really matters. Now I know exactly where to go when this refill expires!

I have been using Hamilton Pen Company for some time now, in particular for quality writing paper and envelopes. The service has always been first class and I have never had cause to complain.
Thank you
