The Hamilton Pen Company Reviews

Have bought from the company twice now. Reliable delivery. Pens and refills have been of good quality. No concerns.

I’ve had my Disney pen for a few years and when it ran out of ink
I never thought I’d be able to replace the refill. When on line found it on
The Hamilton Pen Company very pleased

Exactly the product I was looking for — I had lost mine after many years excellent service, Hamilton had an identical replacement, I'm a very happy customer.

5 star customer service, going beyond the call of duty to ensure customer delight. Delivery was on-time and as promised.

Great service from Hamilton pens. Very pleased with purchase. The pen I bought was a Conklin Herringbone in Blue. It's quite a heavy chunky pen but nicely patterned. Pattern does seem to 'pop' best in strong light. Does give the impression it will last a long time. Have used Hamilton in the past and will surely use them in the future.

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery

Excellent customer care and very good service. Will buy again.

Customer service at its very best. When I received my order there was a problem with one part of the order. I sent an e-Mail with details of the problem and received a reply the same morning that wasn’t just polite, friendly, and apologetic - it addressed every issue I identified, provided a solution that didn’t involve any extra effort on my part. I was also given a very nice complimentary gift which was totally unexpected. Thank you - customer service that is this responsive is rare. I highly recommend this company and won’t hesitate to use them again.

This is not the first time I order from Hamilton pens and it won’t ever be the last. I’ve always had a great experience with them, a wide selection of products, great competitive prices and wonderful customer service. Very fast at shipping the order and securely sent.

My order was delivered promptly and when I had an issue Hamilton acted without any fuss.
Very good

Because of Hamilton Pen Company, I was able to get a product that is not available in the USA. The cost was quite good (including shipping), the item was delivered quickly (for an oversees order), and the item was packaged very safely. Hamilton Pen Company is highly recommended!!

Brilliant service and advice and a beautiful pen supplied, which I was unable to get anywhere else!

Very pleased with the writing paper and the deliver

Safely packed, Quick dispatch.

Great company! I had a few questions and Nigel was very nice and took the time to explain everything. Prompt response, order was shipped the same day. I would definitely recommend.

Good choice of pens, found exactly what I was looking for. Received my order really quickly

Unfortunately it was not the refill I needed

Love this company, helpful, pleasant, great selection and fantastic customer service

First time buying from Hamilton Pens. The product arrived next day. Superb service.

Beautiful packaging and quick delivery. Very much fond of this new refillable fountain pen from Ferris Wheel Press supplied by Hamilton Pen Company. Ink itself is wonderful with its deep pink colour with gold-green shimmer
