The Hamilton Pen Company Reviews

Value for money, fast delivery and a no nonsense approach. What more can you ask for?

I found The Hamilton Pen Company while browsing the internet for classic Shaeffer cartridges - these days I can only shop online, not in person - and was delighted to find what I needed at a fair price. The cartridges packed appropriately, arrived promptly and I will certainly buy again!

The pencils are the best the cedar wood the rubber the 'lead' but they are not cheap The question is whether to simply use them all the time or keep them for special occasions It is your choice

Can’t wait to purchase again with you guys!!

A wonderful addition you Nahvalir collect. The Hamilton Pen Company was quick fill and send out the order! Great service, great prices.

Pen was covered in dust and had a lot of micro scratches coming right out of the packaging, which was also dirtied.
Beware of import duty! Wouldn't have bought it from Hamilton if I had been aware of it before purchase since this site didn't state it wasn't covered.

I was so impressed with the speed at which this company accepted and turned round my order: my best ballpoint was back at work within three days! I'm delighted that it was possible to obtain a black refill since these are useful if documents need to be photocopied. I'm intrigued by what else is on offer and will be back and browsing when time allows...

Good quality product,fast efficient delivery.

Great pen. Hamilton Pen Company kept me informed of likely timescales as the pen wasn’t in stock. It arrived quickly. Great service.

I ordered Twist 'n Write pencils to help my son learn to write. The items arrived quickly, without any delays. I would be happy to use Hamilton Pen Company again.

Personal service from a web based service; arrived pen HQ unannounced and given time and choices with attentiveness; polite and knowledgeable.

Very fast delivery. Looked everywhere for the pencils I needed but were always very expensive but saved so much money ordering from here.

Hamilton Pen Company demonstrated great customer service with quick and helpful responses. The inks I ordered came well packaged and in perfect condition.

Used this company before and had excellent service - and promised delivery was met.Would use them again.

Good price for a pretty rare special edition pilot Capless fountain pen. Delivered as promised in good condition. Well packaged.

In this digital world, it's a blessed relief to write things down on paper every so often.

Since discovering modern fountain pens I enjoy exploring the range at Hamilton's and probably now have enough pens and supplies to last me for the rest of my life, but the selection and prices make exploring new options enjoyable.

If you stopped using ink pens after school, I suggest looking again.

They have a better, more varied, selection of products than most pen retailers. Packed well and delivered quickly with no fuss.

Super quick delivery! I'm very impressed. I'm sure I will be ordering again!!

Good service.
Ordered 3 fountain pens, which were the best value I could find online at that time, and they arrived slightly early, well packaged, and exactly as described.

I spotted the latest Kaweco sport special at the best price among the usual websites and placed my order along with a converter. The order arrived 24 hours later, well packaged, I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

The only issue I have is the website, it is set out well but trying to change the number shown per page is annoying, could be made a little more user friendly.
