Terrible service! I ordered and paid for same day service.As it was a collegues birthady that day. When it didn't arrrive i contacted them they said i missed the cut off by 30mins, however their website still took my money for same day delivery. The parcel then didn't turn up until 3 days later. I do not recommned this company. A shame as we are corperate are often looking for a good hamper company.

Your website says same day delivery if ordered before a certain time and I paid express delivery yet it came 2 days later. Rang your customer service and asked them to refund me the express delivery but haven't received anything back

Solid five stars from me. Easy to use website with the ability to make changes or entirely yr own hamper. I was thrilled with the quality of the hamper I chose and the quick trackable delivery. Will buy hampers from here again.

The parcel was not delivered on the day specified ..

I ordered a hamper and paid extra for next-day delivery. It took a week to arrive. By the time it made it to its destination, the reason for sending the hamper in the first place had passed. I was in daily contact with the company to try to sort it out. Their customer service was responsive and apologetic, but at no point did they offer a refund for a service paid for but not fulfilled. They were quick to put the blame on their 3rd party courier company and never once took responsibility for it themselves. According to their website, I was unable to cancel the order for a refund, and if you read the small print, they don't guarantee faster delivery, even though they are happy to charge for it.

Ordered a Hamper with extra payment for swift delivery. Delivery made after 5 days after the event. Called them and asked to cancel the order on the 3rd day and was advised that we cannot cancel. Will never order again through them. Called customer service and they would have only one thing to say - Courier delayed. No further support provided.

Very good company and excellent customer service any one needing a hamper this company is second to none very happy with everything else thanks again 😄

it said to apply the code for Mothers day and receive a discount and a free gift. That was not true, it did not apply a discount or offer the free gift. IS this a scam?

The hamper was very much appreciated by the recipient. She loved everything in it.

We had a bit of a delay but the company and Rajith of the courier company made sure the she got her hamper before she finished her last shift

Hamper was delivered 5 days late without a card or a message. I had to chase them up to find out where the hamper was and no one responded to any of the emails I sent. I won't be using them again. Very unreliable.

The delivery company didn't try to deliver on theday I requested, actually they didn't even attempt delivery and just marked it as "business closed? ".
Customer support doesn't answer and won't advise when you'll receive the hamper. What's the point if you order a week in advance and then it never arrives! Money wasted!

I wish there was a zero star rating. My friend organised a hamper for me for my birthday. We have a high gate out front because of our large dog. The delivery driver somehow got the hamper over the gate and left it on the dirt ground (mind you there's food in this hamper). So my dog had a field day when he found it and ended up consuming various chocolate and biscuit items (most of which are poisonous for dogs). I phoned their number and was told to send an online enquiry with photos which I did after I collected all the rubbish from said hamper around my yard. I received a response some days later with an apology and a guarantee that I would be advised when a new hamper was sent out (mind you they didn't ask for an alternative address which was highly suspicious). Then no contact for many days. I emailed them again to ask for a status update and have had no response again. Absolute scam company. Do not use under any circumstance!

Perhaps I should have read these reviews prior to ordering from this company. Never again!
Ordered the day before, however paid for same-day delivery for the next day, thinking this would guarantee delivery on the day I wanted, but it wasn’t delivered that day. When I contacted Customer Service to check on the delivery status and requested a refund of the delivery fee, I was offered a refund of $5 and hungup on. Extremely disappointed with both the delivery service and how my complaint was handled.

Tried several times to place an order with "Free Shipping" as offered to me and accepted by their web-site only to find at check out $14-95 levied for this delivery. Checked this more than once to see if I had made any mistake but NO !

I will not be BULL DUSTED into this type of scam !!!! Definitely not to be trusted - Be warned !

Whilst my recipient is very happy with his gift, I have been charged twice for the privilege ☹️. Paid through PayPal and was charged again . On seeing two pending charges hit my card, I was advised the second pending charge would not be processed, but guess what - this morning I have two charges made to my card. The team have since recredited my card for the second charge, though it took some days to process through the bank. All sorted now, but frustrating at the time.
