don’t waste your money
I spent over $300 on an order that I placed carefully and correctly through the Hampers Galore website, but what I received didn’t reflect that at all. I created three separate hampers (one for my brother, two for my sisters) and selected “x2” on a custom hamper so each of my sisters would get one. Instead, their gifts were packed together in the same box with no warning, and I wasn’t informed that I had to email separately to make this request. How would I have known?
On top of that, I paid for three cards but only received two, and the messages printed on them were ones I had removed before placing the order. I just wanted blank cards so I could write my own.
When I reached out, support was polite but kept shifting blame back on me for not knowing things I couldn’t possibly have known. I followed the checkout process exactly and still ended up with combined gifts and missing products.
I wasn’t able to present these hampers the way I planned, and for what I paid, that’s really disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to chase clarity or beg for compensation when the company didn’t deliver what was paid for.

Let me clarify the situation for you. I’ve discussed this thoroughly with our processing team to ensure we have a full and accurate understanding of what occurred.
Firstly, after reviewing the order details, we found no notes indicating specific instructions for packing the hampers separately or for leaving the cards blank. We also could not locate any prior communication from you before dispatch requesting these changes. The first message we received regarding this matter came after the delivery had taken place.
For Create Your Own (CYO) orders, our team follows a standard packing process, which includes combining items when multiples of the same hamper are ordered—unless otherwise specified by the customer at checkout. Similarly, unless blank cards or specific messages are clearly requested, our system prints what was last saved before the order was finalised.
That said, we completely understand your frustration. It’s not the experience we want for any of our customers, especially when gifting is meant to be a joyful and personal moment.
To help make things right, we’d like to offer a $10 refund for the missing card. Alternatively, if you’d prefer, we can provide a discount code to use towards a future order as a gesture of goodwill. Please let us know which option you’d like to proceed with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: We wanted to send a Hamper to a loved one in Perth. Their website stated next day delivery - guess what they are in Melbourne so it took several days to arrive. We bought several personalised items - none were delivered. When we queried, they only wanted to offer store credit - still debating refunds. Not worth the hassle. Next stop Consumer affairs Victoria.

Don't usually leave a negative review and always give the company benefit of the doubt but after multiple issues has changed that... First time I notified the team as a courtesy of goods turning up damaged. I give them the benefit of the doubt. Second time I messaged them dissatisfied and frustrated to get a reply that was unlucky better luck next time. After spending over $2,000 with this company and having no accountability for there product I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Items small as and cheap crap!
Sent the wrong cup with a random family on it! Packaged horribly, I spent almost $200 trying to send my dad something for his 60th birthday because I couldn’t be with him and this has absolutely broken my heart!!! It’s been Thrown together, looks like crap! no care or love put into packaging, delivered on the wrong day when I paid extra to be delivered on his birthday! what a waste of money! Thanks for nothing.

If I could give them a minus star review I would. My partner bought an expensive chocolate hamper. Three of the chocolate products were whiteish on the back and the chocolate tasty chalky. My partner wrote an email to ask for a refund for these products. Hampers Galore refused saying he hadn’t emailed in the stipulated timeframe (I was sick and could open the hamper for 1.5 weeks - as soon as I saw the chocolates he emailed and explained I’d been sick but they wouldn’t do anything). He emailed back saying he was very disappointed. I also called the company and asked to speak to the person in charge but the person who answered the phone said he was just a phone operator and didn’t have another phone number I could call to speak with a manager. At the end of the call he offered me a full refund. I then received a follow it w up from someone else saying I wouldn’t receive a full refund. The treatment was horrendous.

I placed an order on the 30th January…
I placed an order on the 30th January 2025 to be delivered to my son and daughter in law on the 31st January as a thank you for taking me to the tennis. My order didn't arrive. It was sent to me (wrong address) 4 days late. My order included 2 bottles of very expensive wine which was delivered by Australia post. Package was hot on arrival. I requested for a new one to be sent to my son to which you agreed. 5 days later still no hamper delivered. Very frustrating and disappointed. After many phone calls and time frame I asked for a refund. The hamper was picked up and refund given. I would not recommend in my experience using Hampers Galore.
