I can't give it any stars.
I signed up to receive products to assemble at home. I was told I I would receive them in 5 days. But before I could get them I was informed I had to complete tasks while I waited.
I had to buy bitcoin then I have to ho to their site and put in a product number and like it. Take a screenshot and post it to my adviser. I completed 3 they I had to buy something and after I did I would get a profit. Well I did get a small commission. Then the next day I had to do the same thing only had to spend $100 for something. After I completed it I could withdraw my money. We'll today I did task 1 thru 3 and then when task 4 came they wanted me to spend $350 and then I would be able to get my money. Long story short I lost about $200. With no way to get it back unless I spend $350

There is no one to actually contact. No phone number for customer service. No email responses. I was taken for 3500 dollars. At first it seemed to work. Then off of one mistake they wanted more and more to fix the problem. The 3500 I lost was just part of it. They are still asking for another 2000 to fix the problem and say I will get the money back but I don't want to lose more.

I was recently scanned by people that supposedly work for this company. reach out for details its a doozy. I was taken for $2872.

Damaged item without the customer service I expected. They did not provide a partial refund for a damaged product. The item was damaged prior to shipping and delivery. They were difficult to work with and didn't respond to emails.

My purchase from handmade.com was a unique one of a kind necklace designed and produced in India. it came in a few weeks and was a very beautiful necklace for my wife's birthday. It was $100 which put me in touch with a artist with a gift for jewelry design.
My wife was happy with the gift and I will return to shop on Handmade.com in the future.
