I’ve been to the shop on Grainger street many times and have dealt with multiple members of staff all helpful and polite while trying to make sure you get the best deal. Also I love the new selection of man made diamonds next time I visit that will be why. Thanks to all the staff 😁

Lovely staff, both Jason & Fiona..very helpful, no nonsense, really friendly, welcoming, customer service. They quickly evaluated a few pieces of jewellery for me...separating the valuable ( real gold/silver) from the costume items & made an offer which you can take in cash or as a bank transaction. You can also get your travel money here with special discounts for returning customers!

We had fantastic service from Jackie and Nicole in the Hamilton location, really quick evaluation of gold necklaces and rings. Gave us a good quote as well for the items we sold.
Will definitely return to here in the future if selling any other gold. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

The girls in Hamilton store Nicole and Jackie are great to deal with, always friendly and helpful. I was buying currency and they mentioned the buy back which I’m glad I took as I would have lost out on £160 if I hadn’t have done that. Recommend getting the buy back. Great service really pleased and I will always use Hamilton store for future purchases.
