I went to the Blackburn branch of H&T Pawnbrokers to sell my Oris watch. Sharon and Adele, the shop assistants, were lovely and extremely helpful. Many thanks to the lovely ladies. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I recently visited H&T Pawnbrokers in…

I recently visited H&T Pawnbrokers in Blackburn to sell some jewellery I no longer wanted, and I had a fantastic experience. Sharon, who assisted me at the counter, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process.

Her excellent customer service really stood out, and she made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly couldn’t thank her enough, she’s a real asset to the team and absolutely deserves recognition (and maybe even a pay rise!).

Thank you again for such a positive experience!

It’s always an absolute pleasure to come into HT, very friendly customer service.
I’ve have been a customer for over 10 years. Highly recommend Andrea and Derek. Thank you for introducing me to the new customer portal and showed me how to use it. Very easy and handy to use.
