Much better than the last representative.

Really friendly representative, think he said James W. was his name, answered any questions I had about the service and my entitlements

I had an issue with the log in for my account which took a while to sort - the staff were so helpful and Najat on Customer Services deserves a special mention - really professional and nothing was too much trouble. She kept me informed throughout.
