All of these inbuilt hearing aids
All of these inbuilt hearing aids - my husband bought them from you and now no longer tries to hear. He walks around with the music inside his head and expects to hear external noise without trying. It’s as if he now expects the words to just arrive and be tied together for him. The promise of better hearing should come with a warning that you still have to pay attention and listen

Excellent annual checkup and maintenance service
Had my annual hearing checkup, well done and well explained, with helpful minor adjustments to settings. Also had rechargeable batteries replaced, which were beginning to lose charge too soon. All very efficient , courteous, and punctual, excellent service many thanks.

Matt Frost from Harley Street Hearing was SUPERB! Patient, informative, knowledgable, compassionate. Pay rise for Matt! Harley Street Hearing was employed by our company to check our hearing (we work in a loud environment + wear headphones). Matt came in to measure our hearing and to inform us of the results. I'm so glad to be able to come here
This is my second time, and I can't praise them too highly. Barathy and Matthew the first time, still in the previous premises, and Simone today. I was convinced that I'd ruptured my ear drum, or if I hadn't, that it would then be damaged by investigation. But with infinite patience and care everything was dealt with and I find that I can now hear again and my ear drum is ok too!
I don't yet need hearing aids but I'm sure it's coming in due course - I was tested last time - and when I'm at that stage I'll certainly be coming here.
I'm so glad that my son persuaded me to come here, that first time several years ago.
