Harley Street hearing visit
I recently visited Harley Street Hearing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and gave me a thorough hearing assessment without any pressure or rush.
The specialist explained everything clearly and recommended hearing aids tailored to my lifestyle and needs. I was amazed at how discreet and comfortable the devices were—and the difference in sound quality was truly life-changing. I didn’t realize how much I was missing until I could hear so clearly again!
Highly recommend Harley Street Hearing to anyone considering hearing aids. You’ll be in excellent hands!

I have been a client for about 12 years
I have been a client for about 12 years. They have always been prepared to push the limits of what can be achieved for my hearing, often meaning successive repeat visits to make tweaks, and monitor outcomes for the individual patient needs. Cannot reccomend highly enough, and in my experience, consistently high standards across all their audiologists, and in every branch I have visited. Matthew Allsop was the case in point on today's visit.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. The Harley Street Hearing team is so well organised and attentive even proactively sending reminders to make annual appointments. They have a good grasp of history and background so are always well prepared. Matthew Allsop is a super knowledgeable audiologist, most obliging, patient and a true pleasure to deal with.

Haven’t received my products and no response…
The appointment itself was fine, but I was told it will take around 3 weeks to receive my custom ear plugs. It’s now been over 4 weeks and I haven’t heard anything about delivery. I have tried to contact them but heard nothing back. Currently feeling quite frustrated that their communication post appointment has been incredibly poor.
**updated in response to reply: I was quoted 3-4 weeks as I specifically asked whether they would arrive in time for a concert I was due to attend. But I'm happy to hear they'll be arriving soon.

We've looked into your order and can confirm that the turnaround time for ACS custom plugs is five weeks (excluding Bank Holidays), which was noted at your appointment. We also wanted to reassure you that we have checked with ACS and your earplugs are now on their way to us and are due to arrive tomorrow, therefore we will get these posted out to you as soon as possible.
We're sorry if you've had difficulty reaching us – we’ve checked our email systems and haven’t been able to trace a message from your address, but we’ll always do our best to respond promptly if you try again or call us directly.
