Harold Stock & Co Solicitors Reviews

Tom Simpson handled our conveyancing and he was really supportive and patient throughout a quite tricky process. He worked tirelessly to protect our interests and negotiated hard on our behalf to resolve a few last minute issues ultimately ensuring we completed on time and with all legal matters covered.

Pam Chamley at Harold Stock solicitors was my conveyancer on a recent property purchase.

I have never known a purchase happen so smoothly and with so little stress on my part, it was just all taken care of for me. Pam is superb - very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

Any information received from the seller/mortgage provider was explained clearly to me with minimum fuss, and Pam knew the answers to any queries I had. Pam is based in Mossley, me in Chadderton - so we never actually met, yet she managed to complete a whole property purchase via a few emails and one telephone call. Fabulous!
I would definitely use Harold Stock Solicitors services again.

Rachael Chamley was fantastic with us. We had a house to sell as well as a purchase. 2 of the houses we were buying fell though and we had a lot of useful advise and information from Rachael.
We completed on my sale in the July 2017 and Rachael continued to work with us right up until January 2018 when our final purchase finally completed. She really was a huge help and I have already recommended Harold and Stock to a colleague and she is now using your services for the sale of a property.
Thank you for a great service, Mrs and Mrs Redpath

Kirsty Dunn at the Mossley office recently dealt with a RTA claim on my behalf. The service I received from Kirsty was fantastic and my claim was settled in record time.
The staff at the Mossley office were all friendly, professional and I would recommend Kirsty and the firm to all of my friends and family without hesitation.

Pam Chamley and the team at Harold Stock were superb in the service they provided. I highly recommend Harold Stock for conservancy. We set a challenge of moving before Christmas and they smashed it. It was a total of 5 weeks from instruction to completion. Pam was extremely helpful, very friendly, approachable and down to earth.
The information and advice given to us was easy to understand.

I have the pleasure of having Harold Stock & Co Solicitors on my doorstep and they overwhelmed me with the service i received with the purchase of my last property in Denshaw - Oldham. I worked with Pam Chamley who made the entire process an absolute dream. She was informative, delivered everything we needed at speed and I couldn't have asked for a better conveyancing solicitor.

Thanks Pam and team at Harold Stock Mossley.

Recommended to Harold Stock & co by our mortgage advisor and didn't regret the choice. Professional and fast delivery of work in helping us purchase our first house. The staff there are helpful and clearly good at what they do. 5*

Rachel was a great help when buying our first house - answered each and every question we had carefully, with detail and explanation, and was available for any phone calls or queries. She was quick, efficient and on top of everything, and ensured we had everything we needed - all up to scratch.

She was definitely 'on our side', and was always chasing other parties for required info. Fully recommend and she's already helped friends and family members I've recommended too.

Would highly recommend this company. Fantastic service and very professional.

I can't thank them enough for how fast their service was and how much they communicated with us every step of the way. I heard from our solicitor 3-4 times a week and our house was through in record time 6 weeks. Excellent service highly recommended

Even our Estate Agent commented upon how professional & tenacious the Harold Stock conveyancing team were in our recent house sale/purchase.

Superb service, no time-wasting laborious meetings...just cut to the chase.

I was recommended to Harold Stock by my dad who had used them before and I can't thank Fiona enough for helping our first house purchase run quickly and smoothly. From the start she was helpful and patient, taking the time to explain the technical jargon and answering any questions I had, whether it was by email or telephone she was always available. Even our estate agent commented how efficient she was! I would highly recommend Harold Stock.

At all times we were kept informed about the process of our sale/purchase.
Contact and correspondence via email/phone/letters were dealt with swiftly.
Fiona our conveyancing solicitor was always ready to help with queries and took time to explain legal jorgon in layman's terms.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Harold Stock &Co to anyone who needs to buy/sell a property.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm which dealt with our two sales and one purchase (on the same day!) with aplomb. A local firm who gave terrific local service.
Particular thanks to Fiona who did much of the spade work with tenacity, efficiency and professionalism at all times. Bravo!

Would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Fantastic service and very professional. Thankyou to everyone especially Tom Simpson 10/10

Hi Claire,
I’m writing to thank you for the immense support that you’ve been over the past 12 months & more as we had to come to terms with my uncle George’s deterioration in both his physical & mental health & his capacity to understand.
From the setting up of his Power of Attorney through to the time that you took to reassure us & explain that some of the experiences that we were having with him were nothing unusual from your experience.
Then, following his death, you advised on the registration of his death, dealing with the funeral directors & ensured that the application for Probate was smooth & completed quickly.
All of this has meant that the sad process of watching a family member deteriorate has been easier to cope with as we’ve not had to worry about the “technical” things in the background; you’ve just dealt with them.
Thank you so much

Excellent service received from Harold Stock & Co when purchasing a property. Very efficient and took the stress out of the conveyancing process, particularly as we were first time buyers. Would definitely recommend.

As first time buyers, we didn't know what to expect from the house buying process but Rachael made us feel at ease from the very start, regularly updating us about the progress of the purchase and answering any of our queries clearly and efficiently.
We cannot thank her enough for making this process as easy as possible for us.
Would definitely recommend.
Thanks Rachael.
