From the fantastic build quality and smart use of space to the energy efficiency, great location, and ability to personalise our home - every detail impressed us.

In particular a special mention must go to Sarah and Annabel, who were with us every step of the buying journey. Their patience, care and genuine support made all the difference. Even after we moved in, the aftercare has been outstanding.

I had a fantastic experience with Harper Crewe right from the get go when entering the office to meet the lovely Georgie and Georgia! To having a home demonstration with Craig. They have all been brilliant and any issues have been dealt with promptly and always with a smile. Thank you all for such a lovely experience when buying my first home!

I recently bought a house on the Hodthorpe development, and I cannot recommend the team here enough. Sarah in the Sales Office has been so supportive throughout the entire buying process, keeping everything moving even when I was tearing my hair out (never about HarperCrewe, I hasten to add!). Every step in the process was clearly set out for me and even after moving day I've continued to feel incredibly well supported and looked after.

As well as being a lovely experience, the house is everything I hoped for. I have been given the opportunity to provide snagging lists at multiple points and struggled to find more than one or two minor items to include. I would definitely buy from HarperCrewe again!

Absolutely amazing service from Sarah at Hodthorpe, she was so helpful and caring all the way through. Her attention to detail with getting you through the sale was impeccable and it has continued after the sale as well. Whenever we have needed any help she has always been there, going to miss her.

Buying our first home felt like a huge step, but Harper Crew made the entire journey smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. From the very first viewing to the day we got our keys, the team were supportive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.

We went to see a house on the new development at Hodthorpe on December 9th, put an offer in December 10th, offer accepted and we completed on January 30th! The whole experience throughout has been nothing but smooth and friendly.
We were always greeted with a wonderful smile from either Sarah or Phil and they talked us through every single step. We have only had the keys for a week and they are straight on the odd snagging issue we have had so far.

We cant wait to move in here as our forever home.

My partner and I recently purchased our first home at Castlefield Park. After two previous sales of existing homes fell through due to chain issues, we decided to look at new builds, even though we were initially sceptical.

After viewing several developments, HarperCrewe stood out immediately for its build quality and thoughtful design choices. Jonathan and Jacob in the sales office, along with Georgia and Steph, were fantastic throughout and couldn’t have been more helpful in getting us to exchange and completion.

Since moving in, Mark and Ashley have gone above and beyond to make sure we’re happy in our new home. Any snagging issues were minor and everything was resolved very quickly. They’re friendly, approachable, and incredibly responsive. Through our line of work, we know many site managers and can confidently say they are the best we’ve come across.

We highly recommend HarperCrewe and are extremely happy with our new home.

I recently purchased my first home with Harper Crewe Creswell, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

From the very beginning, Charlotte, Annabel and Sarah in the office made me feel completely at ease. They kept me well informed throughout the build process, communicated updates clearly, and were always happy to answer any questions I had. They took the time to ensure I understood everything and felt comfortable at every stage.

Since moving in, Jay and Andy, the site managers, have been fantastic. They’ve really looked after me, addressing any snags promptly and with great care. Both are approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions.

I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough.

We recently bought our first home with HarperCrewe in Creswell and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. We first visited the show home back in August and loved it straight away. From day one, the sales team told us they’d be there to support us throughout the whole process — and they really have been!

We visited several times and had lots of questions. They always made us feel understood, they reassured us and we never felt like it was a bother. We worked with Annabel and Charlotte, and they are both amazing — super helpful, responsive, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

Since we moved, we have also received so much support from the Site Manager, the Assistant Site Manager and their whole team. They have been so patient and they have checked on regular basis (at some point daily!) with us. They have helped sort any issues quickly and they have gone above and beyond to make us feel like we got the perfect house. The whole team has been brilliant and really made us feel supported every step of the way.

We’re so glad we chose HarperCrewe and feel confident knowing the team is always there if we need anything. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

I've recently moved into my lovely new home here in Higham Ferrers and to say how delighted I am is an understatement. From the first time I met Jess and Georgie I was struck by their knowledge, professionalism and care. I chose this particular home as a result of Jess's ability to match me with a home suited to my needs. However, I experienced a really difficult home selling process, exchange of contracts dates came and went with the seasons and I became desperate, fearing I would not be able to purchase my new home, when in came "the big guns, Steph Kehoe, a force to be reckoned with!" I applaud her for her no-nonsense attitude and tenacity at moving every immovable object and getting me to the finish line, just in time. I moved in just before Christmas and I still can't believe I'm living in such a beautiful home.

I'm now in the hands of HarperCrewe Site Manager Craig who is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to communicate with. He and his team are extremely respectful, have and are dealing with my snagging issues efficiently and with care. They even take their shoes off before stepping into my new home....."I'm delighted!"

Me and my Partner fell in love with the show homes at the Harper Crewe development in Creswell. The sales team are such a lovely and friendly group of people, Charlotte our sales advisor welcomed us from day one. No question is a silly question for her! With us being first time buyers we felt taken care of by Charlotte. She catches up with us about how the buying process is going, how the house is coming along and updates us with photos. I couldn't recommend such a thoughtful and loving sales team with a beautiful development.

Excellent service from the sales team at Harper Crewe's site in Harlington. I am looking to buy a house to move closer to family, and they were very helpful in reassuring me about the area and it's amenities.
A special thank you to Loren and Georgia, who were both friendly, patient, and helpful without being pushy. Harper Crewe's site will be a lovely development, their houses are finished to a high standard, and I highly recommend them for their great customer service.

We first enquired with Harper Crewe back in November 2024, and from that moment the experience has been excellent. Jess (Sales Consultant) was incredibly helpful from the outset, clearly explaining the buying process as well as the available upgrade options. She is clearly very experienced, and her knowledge and friendly approach really put us at ease.

The standard specification is very high, and the upgrade options offered are stylish and in genuinely good taste. It made choosing finishes and enhancements an enjoyable part of the process.

On site, Chris (Site Manager) and Craig (Assistant Site Manager) have both been brilliant — attentive, approachable, and committed to delivering a home finished to a very high standard. Chris kindly walked us around the site during the build process, which was fantastic given that we had agreed to buy the house off plan. Craig’s handover was especially clear and helpful, taking the time to talk us through how the house works, including the high-spec air source heat pump heating system and other appliances.

We moved in at the end of July and were absolutely delighted with our new home. The aftercare over the past month has also been impressive, with the team still stopping by to check in, make sure everything is going well, and answer any questions we may have.

Working in the construction industry myself, I know the challenges of building new homes to this level of quality. I couldn’t recommend Harper Crewe at Higham Ferrers enough to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

The whole process has been easy, straight forward and we have felt supported throughout. Attention to detail is brilliant and our new house is stunning. We can’t thank Annabel, Sarah and Scott enough. Nothing was too much and no question was silly. Would highly recommend. We visited a couple of new build developments before settling on HarperCrewe. The house finish is beautiful, but also the feel we got when we walked into the sales office was not met elsewhere. Thank you.
