We're buying a house 🏡 with Harper Crewe at Stoke Orchard and we can't fault their sales representative Lisa Huxstep. She goes well beyond the call of duty and is probably the best sales rep we've dealt with there.
Nearly there with the house, and can't wait to move to our eco friendly estate.

Craig has really been an asset to HarperCrewe, knowledgeable, efficient and very good with people.

We had a really positive experience with HarperCrewe during our time looking at properties in Castlefield Park, Harlington. The process felt professional, well organised, and far more personal than many other new build developers we encountered. And we have EXTENSIVE experience with all of the builders in the area over the years, including Barratt, Redrow and Crest Nicholson. HarperCrewe really are a cut above in terms of their customer service.

In particular, I have to mention Jacob. Jacob provided exceptional support throughout our experience with them. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience, always taking the time to answer questions thoroughly and guide us through each stage with patience and professionalism. He has a genuinely warm and affable manner, whilst also being extremely knowledgeable and sharp, which made a real difference during what can often be a stressful process.

Having dealt with several sales teams across different developments, Jacob was by far the standout person we came across. His communication, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach were excellent throughout, and he is a real credit to HarperCrewe.

I would recommend HarperCrewe to anyone considering the stressful and difficult process of new-build house buying!

Whilst we love our house and the location, which we moved into in Feb, we have been extremely disappointed with the overall experience and service we have received from Harper Crewe.

We understand that snags are common with new builds, but many of the issues with our property have gone far beyond minor cosmetic defects. Some of the major problems we’ve experienced include:

-Uneven kitchen and hallway flooring, with poorly fitted flooring throughout- tiles lifting, gapping and lipping. Due to the levelling issues, the flooring now needs replacing entirely.
-Kitchen worktop needing replacement because the joins were not flush and trapped water. There was also a chemical burn on the worktop that appeared to have been covered up during handover.
-Composite kitchen sink stained before completion and now needing replacement.
-Multiple damaged kitchen cupboards needed replacing
-Damaged carpet in the master bedroom needing replacement
-Master bedroom wardrobe fitted incorrectly, leaving a visible gap at the bottom
-Patio doors requiring replacement due to chipped glass and damaged frames- and we are now experiencing issues with the replacement doors as well.
-Replacement bathroom, bedroom and ensuite doors due to defects.

We genuinely do not understand how many of these issues were signed off at completion.

To make matters worse, the site manager became defensive when concerns were raised and no longer deals with us directly.

Whilst we do love our home and believe we will be happy once everything is finally rectified, the amount of stress and disruption this process has caused over the past 3 months is far from what we expected when purchasing a new build property from Harper Crewe. It's been a fight to get these issues sorted and the major ones are still yet to be rectified.

Buying a house, especially your first one, can be daunting. However, my experience has been great!
The process from reservation to completion was seamless. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how accommodating the sales team (shout-out to Charlotte & Annabel) was to my circumstances. As a result, I've been happily enjoying my house for a couple of months now!
The aftercare team has been great and my issues/snags have and are being taken care of which again is fantastic for a first-time buyer like myself which is one less thing to worry about.

From the fantastic build quality and smart use of space to the energy efficiency, great location, and ability to personalise our home - every detail impressed us.

In particular a special mention must go to Sarah and Annabel, who were with us every step of the buying journey. Their patience, care and genuine support made all the difference. Even after we moved in, the aftercare has been outstanding.

I had a fantastic experience with Harper Crewe right from the get go when entering the office to meet the lovely Georgie and Georgia! To having a home demonstration with Craig. They have all been brilliant and any issues have been dealt with promptly and always with a smile. Thank you all for such a lovely experience when buying my first home!

I recently bought a house on the Hodthorpe development, and I cannot recommend the team here enough. Sarah in the Sales Office has been so supportive throughout the entire buying process, keeping everything moving even when I was tearing my hair out (never about HarperCrewe, I hasten to add!). Every step in the process was clearly set out for me and even after moving day I've continued to feel incredibly well supported and looked after.

As well as being a lovely experience, the house is everything I hoped for. I have been given the opportunity to provide snagging lists at multiple points and struggled to find more than one or two minor items to include. I would definitely buy from HarperCrewe again!

She was extremely friendly and was very thorough, showing us the development site plan, the various housing options there and also guiding us as we looked at a number of show homes

Nothing was too much trouble when dealing with Lisa

Her enthusiasm was so evident aswell which is what you want to see when looking at a new build site

It is also evident that she truly believes in the product and company which she is representing

All so encouraging when looking to buy a new house given it’s a big decision

Absolutely amazing service from Sarah at Hodthorpe, she was so helpful and caring all the way through. Her attention to detail with getting you through the sale was impeccable and it has continued after the sale as well. Whenever we have needed any help she has always been there, going to miss her.

Buying our first home felt like a huge step, but Harper Crew made the entire journey smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. From the very first viewing to the day we got our keys, the team were supportive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Communication was excellent throughout. Every question—big or small—was answered clearly and quickly, and we always felt reassured and well-informed. What really stood out was how personal the service felt. They took the time to understand what we needed as a family and guided us through each stage with confidence and care.

The whole process was far less stressful than we expected, and that’s entirely down to their professionalism and the way they go above and beyond for their clients. We’re now happily settled in our first home, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We went to see a house on the new development at Hodthorpe on December 9th, put an offer in December 10th, offer accepted and we completed on January 30th! The whole experience throughout has been nothing but smooth and friendly.
We were always greeted with a wonderful smile from either Sarah or Phil and they talked us through every single step. We have only had the keys for a week and they are straight on the odd snagging issue we have had so far.

We cant wait to move in here as our forever home.

My partner and I recently purchased our first home at Castlefield Park. After two previous sales of existing homes fell through due to chain issues, we decided to look at new builds, even though we were initially sceptical.

After viewing several developments, HarperCrewe stood out immediately for its build quality and thoughtful design choices. Jonathan and Jacob in the sales office, along with Georgia and Steph, were fantastic throughout and couldn’t have been more helpful in getting us to exchange and completion.

Since moving in, Mark and Ashley have gone above and beyond to make sure we’re happy in our new home. Any snagging issues were minor and everything was resolved very quickly. They’re friendly, approachable, and incredibly responsive. Through our line of work, we know many site managers and can confidently say they are the best we’ve come across.

We highly recommend HarperCrewe and are extremely happy with our new home.

I recently purchased my first home with Harper Crewe Creswell, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

From the very beginning, Charlotte, Annabel and Sarah in the office made me feel completely at ease. They kept me well informed throughout the build process, communicated updates clearly, and were always happy to answer any questions I had. They took the time to ensure I understood everything and felt comfortable at every stage.

Since moving in, Jay and Andy, the site managers, have been fantastic. They’ve really looked after me, addressing any snags promptly and with great care. Both are approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions.

I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough.

We recently bought our first home with HarperCrewe in Creswell and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. We first visited the show home back in August and loved it straight away. From day one, the sales team told us they’d be there to support us throughout the whole process — and they really have been!

We visited several times and had lots of questions. They always made us feel understood, they reassured us and we never felt like it was a bother. We worked with Annabel and Charlotte, and they are both amazing — super helpful, responsive, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

Since we moved, we have also received so much support from the Site Manager, the Assistant Site Manager and their whole team. They have been so patient and they have checked on regular basis (at some point daily!) with us. They have helped sort any issues quickly and they have gone above and beyond to make us feel like we got the perfect house. The whole team has been brilliant and really made us feel supported every step of the way.

I've recently moved into my lovely new home here in Higham Ferrers and to say how delighted I am is an understatement. From the first time I met Jess and Georgie I was struck by their knowledge, professionalism and care. I chose this particular home as a result of Jess's ability to match me with a home suited to my needs. However, I experienced a really difficult home selling process, exchange of contracts dates came and went with the seasons and I became desperate, fearing I would not be able to purchase my new home, when in came "the big guns, Steph Kehoe, a force to be reckoned with!" I applaud her for her no-nonsense attitude and tenacity at moving every immovable object and getting me to the finish line, just in time. I moved in just before Christmas and I still can't believe I'm living in such a beautiful home.

I'm now in the hands of HarperCrewe Site Manager Craig who is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to communicate with. He and his team are extremely respectful, have and are dealing with my snagging issues efficiently and with care. They even take their shoes off before stepping into my new home....."I'm delighted!"

The sales team are such a lovely and friendly group of people, Charlotte our sales advisor welcomed us from day one. No question is a silly question for her! With us being first time buyers we felt taken care of by Charlotte. She catches up with us about how the buying process is going, how the house is coming along and updates us with photos. I couldn't recommend such a thoughtful and loving sales team with a beautiful development.
