I cannot recommend Harper James enough. I have dealt with many solicitors and law firms during my career in HR but this is most definitely the best firm I have used. Great advice, easy to understand, a professional yet personable approach. Swift communication and support. I highly recommend. In particular I have received outstanding service from Sean Walsh (Senior Employment Solicitor) and Andrew Souter (Senior Employment Solicitor). The client care you receive is fantastic - a rare experience these days! And the billing/accounts side of things is very transparent and straightforward.

Pretty awful. We paid them a retainer for years and then when we needed them they asked for significantly increased funds which we provided only for them to resign the case 8 days prior to it going to court. Also, some of their offices aren't real, for example, Cambridge. A colleague went there with papers as she was passing and it turns our its a business centre and they just pay for the address.
