Not as advertised. Company does not exist.

Appalling , I left a review on receipt of goods ( 3 weeks after purchase) the Company as we have all stated is not UK based and is in fact based in China.
I ordered boots which are unwearable due to the smell of fish glue. I have reported them to The UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC) . I requested a refund 4 times each request has been ignored .

Should be a ZERO rating but no option.

Delivery advised as 7-10 (working?) days - arrived finally after around 20.

Promote themselves as if in UK - office is in Europe (not UK). Has UK mobile that is either off or just rings out and cannot accept messages.

Shoes arrived and were a totally different colour to the ones I ordered - was advised that it was ok as they were the right size!!

Negotiated (over many further days) a discount refund - took over a week to part pay and a further week or 2 for balance of promised partial refund.

Requested returns process as this took too long only for emails to be blanked.

Will seek recourse through poor reviews on all platforms and through credit card company and “Shop”.

Hope no one else has to experience these spoofers from China - easier to go direct on AliExpress/DzH Gate/Shein etc…

Products come from China which is not stated on there website
Order 2 XXL Cashmere jumpers and were not labelled for a size and were way to SMALL .
NO Labelling anywhere on the jumpers, contacted there customers services and requested correct size and replacement or refund AND BOTH OPTIONS DECLINED saying they were sale items .
When you look at there website 80% of items are advertised as SALE ITEMS .
VERY POOR SERVICE AVOID ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️
At best fit the jumpers were a medium 👎👎

Paid for a pair of boots at the beginning of Narch. Kept getting emails to say they will be dispatched soon and a tracking no. This number didn't work and they did not respond to my emails.
Avoid at all costs SCAM site. My bank have reimbursed my money.

Bunch of crooks, take your money, send a disgusting product and then don’t refund when you want to return a product that’s nothing like the one described and featured on their website!

This is a 'non company' so shouldn't even be awarded 1 star, I ordered £267 worth of clothes and received email saying 'everything is going smoothly, and that my order was due to be delivered....surprise surprise no delivery as of 3 weeks later, not able to track, website is unresponsive and phone number doesn't exist.....PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!!! I reported this to AMEX and they have refunded my money

EXACTLY what I have just experienced. Terrible jackets, and refused a refund, despite website saying money back guaranteed. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.
I have contacted my bank and have recalled monies !!

AVOID!! Item is from China NOT UK and quality is poor.
Pair of shoes took nearly 3 weeks for delivery and website now doesn't work, don't respond to emails and Shopify not interested and can't raise a claim through them as over 14 days from date of order NOT delivery!
Put a claim in to bank to get money back.
Bogus company that will no doubt re-appear under a different name.

I paid for a jumper in January. Still not arrived. I had a tracking no. I emailed the main email address on website and did have a response to say it had been delayed. I had no idea it was coming from China! It said Manchester. Now the website is closed and I have no jumper.

Jumper a terrible fit, didn’t look like post on instagram, delivery took two weeks. I have tried several times to contact them to get a returns address and no reply, however when I emailed to ask about delivery they replied within hours. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. luckily my bank have just refunded . I ordered 3 jackets . Never arrived but had numerous emails saying they were despatched . Website is down & phone just rings . Do not fall into this trap .

Ordered and paid for a sweatshirt over 3 weeks ago. Upon ordering and payment taken from my account, I didnt receive any email confirmation, or to date, any shipping follow up mails.
Today, when I looked further into my order on shopping tracking site (which has it listed) and on Google, it appears the Website has been taken down/unobtainable. Time will tell...
Update 31/03/25.... Jumper finally delivere but to be honest, I cant remember what it should look like as Website still down...Quality ok to be fair but prepare for a long wait for any orders

Like an earlier reviewer I wish I'd checked them out. When I placed my order, as I paid another exact same item was added to my order and payment deducted for both. I did not receive an order confirmation. I instantly contacted them to be told that it would be sorted. Three days later I received a message saying they could not send the colour I ordered so I cancelled it. That was acknowledged by them but they did not offer a refund, as is their guarantee, only help with choosing something else. I asked for refund again and heard nothing. Then I received a delivery email. Since then they do not respond to emails and the site is no longer available. Nor does the tracking link work. I've been thoroughly scammed. Be careful out there. I've lost over £80.

DODGY!!! dont buy….No emails reciepts…they send you Chinese crap. once your crap has turned up they shut you down.

This website is not what it seems.

Items are delivered from overseas and took over 4 weeks.

Item was not as appeared on the website - I had ordered a balloon sleeve quirky, bright multi coloured jumper. What arrived was a small, flat looking, quite dark striped jumper with no ballooned sleeve. It wasn't of a quality to meet the £40 price tag. The jumper is permanently discounted from £80 which I believe to be a fake reduction and surely doesn't meet trade standard laws?

I suspect the images on the website are generated by AI - on second look I think this is quite clear.

Sadly I fell into this trap without doing my research.

I too have had a similar experience to other reviewers. Purchased a pair of ankle boots which took a couple of weeks to arrive. When I received them I realised it had come from China and they don't look nothing like the picture advertised on their website. I believed the company was based in Manchester and the website appears to show high quality clothing… so quite misleading !! I requested to return the item but instead of 30 days money back guaranteed I've been told they will need to deduct €12.50 not GBP as the return cost. This means I do not need to return the item, and I will receive the refund amount minus this deduction. I accepted the partial refund and it's been a week since I'm waiting for the refund. Don't buy for them. Very bad quality and misleading about they really are.

Chinese company selling poor quality clothes but posing as a company based in Rotterdam. DO NOT BUY! I purchased an oversized sweatshirt and it is Chinese sized XL, which is probably closer to an EU/UK medium. The tag only says Made in China XL. No branding whatsoever. Material is cheap. Shipping is very very slow.

I too have had a similar experience to other reviewers. Purchased a blazer which took a few weeks to arrive. Immediately I realised it had come from China as in a plastic shrink wrapped package. Obviously the item was far too small and of poor quality. I believed the company was based in Manchester and the website appears to show high quality clothing… so quite misleading !! I requested to return the item but to do so had to send back to China at my own cost (which was £25), or accept a 60% discount on the item. I accepted the partial refund and have put the blazer in the bin. Really I should have done a charge back through my credit card.

If I could give no stars, I would. Item ordered is extremely poor quality. I requested to send it back for a refund. I was advised that there is no way I can refund or exchange the item as it was a sale item. However their UK website states:

We're so sure you'll love our product that we guarantee every purchase 100%. You bear no risk whatsoever. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full amount without discussion.”

This company is completely unethical in their practices… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
