By far the most important thing I need…
By far the most important thing I need for a positive experience is to be able to hear clearly a sales person WITHOUT a strong accent. My latest communication was listened to, when I asked not to have anymore calls till 2027 informing me of new availabilities I was confident I was listened to. Customer Service Failures and No replies
Disappointed to now rate one star after previously rating 4 stars and subsequently a considerable number of purchases paid for.
I have been emailing Customer Services due to an item not being received and them nevertheless having taken funds. The Customer Service continues to ignore all emails !

all tranactions with you have been very good but I had to return silver coins yesterday and although I sent them in the prepaid envelope you sent to me I had to pay £18,95 or the post office would not accept the package
