Definitely a great living experience. The staff here is absolutely phenomenal and always so very kind. Ms. Uma has also provided a fantastic experience and ensures that you’re not only settled in, but fully comfortable as well. Very smooth move-in from start to finish and would definitely recommend if in need.

This company is fraudulent, if you are in Montreal, don’t fall for this scam, they are wicked and corrupt.
I met one of their representative on facebook marketplace whose name I will not mention for privacy purposes but that young man took me to the apartment in downtown Montreal where two more guys are already living and it was horrible, dirty and it stinks and I rejected that place and then the next place he told me the tenants are not at home, next day he wrote me and sent me a link to pay $200 refundable deposit so that he can show me the next available place by next day, I paid with my debit card and while I was downloading the payment slip from that link, their receipt shows 1000$ weekly rent and I was shocked because it should be 1000$ monthly, I went online and I saw that they are doing it intentionally to new comers and thereby extorting money, (refer to google reviews and also their Facebook page and see by yourself) even the 200 deposit they removed 50$ even when I rejected their rooms and also they sent me threatening emails that they will forward my case to their legal team who will immediately start a legal action against me and also that it will affect my credit score. At this point they are demanding 1000$ rent because someone among them have signed a lease on my name and this is why they are demanding rent. There are evidence of cyber bullying, attempted cyber fraud and harassment which are all criminal charges in Canada. I learnt they have no physical office to get my legal actions mailed to them but I will definitely take it offshores if they refused to refund all that money they took from my debit card I mean ALL.

I needed help with an emergency in my unit and without question, Ciara came to my room and help me solo e my situation.

Ciara is the only reason that I have faith in Harrington here at the Esplanade in New Orleans. After some faulty management that came before her, she's done an EXCELLENT job at tending to the needs of the tenants, being fair, timely & generally very effective at what she shows up to do.

Ciara answered all my questions and made me and my mom so comfortable with this being my new home. She is amazing and is a true blessing!!!

Harrington housing has been a great company as far as short term to long-term rentals. A specific person I would like to give My praises to is Ciara. Ciara is one of the most engaging workers that I’ve seen in my time renting with Harrington every single need that I’ve had has been answered in a swift in timely manner because of her, and she is one of the main reasons that Harrington housing in New Orleans is running smoothly. I’ve recently moved and had a few concerns making sure that my lease was closed out properly, but even though I’m 800 miles away from New Orleans, I still was able to get a detailed answer from Harrington due to Ciara’s work ethic… overall staying with Harrington in New Orleans has been a smooth experience and I recommend it to anyone

I’ve been living with Harrington Housing for 6 months now, I had a cleaning situation in my apartment and when I tell you Ciara doesn’t hesitate to fix the problem. She’s the best when it comes to problem solving.

Had a problem in the apartment and it was taken care of within minutes. No complaints of any kind.

I’m writing my review to express how wonderful Ciera has been. There are not enough words to express how grateful my son and I are. Ciera is a hard working woman who gives 100% at all times, she never complains, she greets everyone with a warm smile and cheerful goodbyes. Ciara has really great problem solving & customer service.

Harrington has been a really good place to stay since the amenities and room sizes are really nice! Ciara is the best thing about Harrington, she is always very active and responsive on any concerns or issues and gives her best to provide the highest level of customer service. Since I live on the first floor the only complaint I have is bugs in the room, but other than that Ciara and Harrington have found me my perfect home!

Sierra has been incredibly helpful with all questions I have had throughout the past several months. I have been going through a great many life changes. These challenges have been magnificent. She has been a beacon of light through these stormy seas. I have been blessed to have met someone during such transforming times.

I couldn't be more pleased with the Harrington apartment that I'm in. The building is great and location is perfect. The pleasant surprise has been how good and prompt the Harrington customer service is - Ciara in my building proactively checks in to see if we need anything for my apartment. She even has let me know when I have a package in tbe mailroom! And anytime I've ever reached out with any question or request, the response from Ciara has been immediate. I am stoked that I found an affordable and quality place to rent in New Orleans.

Ciara was amazing! She made everything crystal clear and very easy to understand. This was my fist time renting anywhere and I could not have asked for a better person!

Ciara continues to be an absolute help in every way. She is a great buffer when trying to deal with the Harrington Financial Dept. A lot of times they do not understand or are to busy to understand what I am trying to tell them, and Ciara ALWAYS makes sure they understand so that I don't have to worry about anything. Definitely renewing my lease and she is a big part why.
