My experience here has been an amazing one. The Nola coordinator Ciara had gone above and beyond time and again making sure my needs are met and answering all of my questions. Just recently I needed help to find a quiet space for a movie audition I had to self tape. I just threw the question out there, it’s not really her responsibility but she definitely came through for me. With a recent injury I didn’t want to travel too far. Every time I’ve called on her she has been dependable and I’m impressed!

Ciara it’s the best; she’s always helping us with a bunch of questions that we have for her, with all the things that we need; She’s amazing.

Love the affordability of the rooms and that they are safe place but most of all is the customer service by Ciara Gerena she sure has turned things around from the original property managers I only have good things to say about her timely responses and attitude sure goes above and beyond for residents!!!!!!

I absolutely love Sierra! She made everything super easy for me. When I was first looking at the apartment she video chatted me so that I can see everything and she did not rush me, she made me feel super comfortable and confident with my decision choice.

Ciara is the goat, any time I have any issues she’s on top of it and works diligently to make sure it’s addressed and taken care of with ease and quickness.

I enjoy living with Harrington, primarily due to one of the workers Ciara, who really goes above and beyond for residents.

Harrington Housing is a scam. They have no customer service and you can never speak to a human person. The only customer service line they have gives you the same line over and over that they will forward your concern on and nothing is done. Heaven forbid you need to move out early for a valid reason, they make you pay the reaming lease amount. They say you can find a sublet, but they don't approve any names you provide. They say you can pay a $500 readvertising fee, but you're still on the hook for paying the rent. They don't send any information or even an lease agreement until 30 days you move in. Even then, you make the arrangements to move in and pick up keys and we got a phone call after we travelled for 3 hours that they were busy and come back tomorrow. The only policies they actually act upon in their policy agreement are the ones where you pay more money because the rest of the policies they don't even bother listening to you. DON'T RENT THROUGH HARRINGTON!!! I wish I had this advice ahead of time

I am currently living here as I am constantly not been assisted with my security deposit or let alone the living circumstances in my apartment. I do not mind sharing my identity. There has been a constant toilet clogging situation here. The toilet bowl has overflowed on my face multiple times. The Harrington housing does not gives a CARE about if you are contacting them for any of the living space issue. They just keep sending you threatening emails of the deposits. They added extra time period to my living arrangement just to charge me extra. Neither they share their leasing agreement before you make the payment nor they sign it themselves or ask you to read it before providing you with it. Their management does not gives two rats about any inconvenience you might face too. They are only friendly until you are prospective client of them. My roommate has been threatening and bullying me to which I asked for their help and they are not doing anything about it at all. Not only this I am scared that they bully you to a point that you give up on your security deposit yourself. They have been doing this to a friend of mine who has already left the apartment. They do not even respond to you once you are a part of the apartment. This has been the worse decision of my life so far and I would highly NOT RECOMMEND THEM . If anything happens to me physically or mentally, they are solely responsible for it. I would highly recommend legal authorities to take a strict action against them.
