I recently had electricians Shaz and Alex come to install my new fridge, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed safely and correctly.

On top of that, they left the area clean and tidy after finishing the job. Overall, a very smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend Shaz and Alex to anyone needing electrical work done.

Shaz and Alex installed a brand new cooker for us and were wonderful. They arrived earlier than expected and got to work quickly and efficiently. Shaz was especially kind as he made conversation to update me on their progress and anything they needed. They made sure to check in with me if I was satisfied with the job and adjusted accordingly. We bought a Bosch slimline integrated dishwasher from Harris Electrical and paid for removal of the old one and installation.
Turned out that due to poor previous installation, removing the old dishwasher was almost impossible. Instead of giving up, Simon from Harris Electrical got us an extremely experienced installer who just kept persevering until the old dishwasher was removed and the new one in. This took multiple visits and yet, there was no extra charge. Communication was great, Simon kept updating us and was friendly and encouraging. We also heard that buying local makes it much more likely that parts are genuine Bosch and not cheap made in China parts. We will definitely use them
For future purchases and highly recommend them

Many thanks to your Walthamstow team for kindly and very quickly delivering our new fridge and taking away the other on the same day when a mouse ate our power cable. They quickly advised on what they had in stock, including recommending a bigger size, and saved the contents of our freezer by coming on time. Thanks

Shaz and Dee came in today and replaced my fridge and they had done a phenomenal job. They fixed it in an extremely short amount of time, and they had tidied up and left no mess at all. They were extremely professional and friendly, and funny too when we were making small talks whilst they were fixing my fridge. I’m very happy with the outcome and I could not recommend them any more than I already have. Please consider Shaz and Dee if you have any appliances that need to be fixed!
