Very professional the same day help!
Congratulations to the company!
I have made online appointment in the morning for the afternoon appointment and in few hours, letting me know before, the very nice gentleman called Daniel has arrived. He was very professional, located the problem in minutes, explaining everything he was doing, answering all the silly questions, being very polite all the time. And in my opinion the payment was fair as well.

Our washing machine wasn't draining…
Our washing machine wasn't draining and Teddy clearly explained what the potential issues were. He cleaned all the various elements of the machine and it worked again after a test run. When the problem reoccurred the next day, Teddy came back free of charge to investigate further. After 4 more test runs he was able to diagnose a more substantial issue with the machine and gave some great advice on next steps for us in terms of getting a replacement machine as well as recommendations for our more general drainage issues. He was very helpful and provided a great service!

Fridge Freezer repair
Two engineers that carried out the initial inspection were fast to acertain the problem with my two Bosch fridge freezers & ordered the nesesarry parts & returned after the weekend. Cooker repair
Daniel arrived promptly, he was able to find the fault on my cooker. Fortunately he had the replacement part on his van, so a replacement part was fitted very quickly. Fast efficient and friendly service. Would certainly use this company again.

Alex visited our home twice. The first time to assess the problem with the tumble dryer and the second time to fit the new part. We found him to be prompt polite and professional.
