Engineer arrived exactly when expected and diagnosed the problem quickly. A new door lock was needed which he had with him as "van stock". Soon after it was fitted and the machine had been checked, levelled and given a clean bill of health. First rate service. I have recommended Spin Doctor to friends in the past and they have had equally good service. Keep up the good work!

Great service. Easy to book and pay. Arrived early morning, condemned the old dishwasher. New machine delivered and fitted same day. Kitchen left beautifully clean and tidy. 10/10 for service. Highly recommend.

Great service, was able to get an engineer out on the same day. The job was completed professionally. The overall cost was also a little cheaper than using main stream large companies like Currys.

Had to call the Spin Doctor as my washing machine not working, my first experience and their service was great! Prompt service within two hours of calling them and honest workmanship. Unfortunately my machine could not be fixed but I would not hesitate to call them out again for their great service

Exceptional! Engineer identified one problem in minutes (cracked plastic component, washing machine) .... ordered, fitted with new hose with a couple of days in between for delivery from supplier. Then discovered a second issue - gunge in the outlet pipe - fixed !
A great example of the common DIY fault - would have taken me weeks to identify either & the part isn't easy to replace as it's old. Saved me a flood in the kitchen and ££££££s!
Caution - the humans here are brilliant. Their new AI bot needs to re-sit its exams! It's ok for one simple message -if it's complicated, go away and phone later when there's a human on the end of the phone.
Sheer level of service overrides the bot so still 5 star.

Originally called out for repair and they came same day. Dishwasher condemned and new one installed following day

No issues with booking an appointment even though I was dubious about the AI agent. Craig was the engineer who was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.

I would definitely recommend using Spin Doctor.
The administration process was very efficient. The service was prompt and I received good, helpful advice from the call out technician. Installing a replacement washing machine and the removal of the old machine was carried out very smoothly.

Please don’t. If your hob or any other electrical appliances is more than 5 years old just get a replacement. Looking to have it repaired Is a gamble. As if the engineer turns up and say it is beyond economic repair. You lose your £98. Poor decision making on my part as It felt like a scam. I have now ordered a hob at curry’s (Hisense £149 with delivery) and getting a tradesman to install ( £80) £229 in total. In hindsight this is a better option. Better than gambling with a repair by this company. They do warn you at the start that the £98 is not refundable however, I wanted a quick turnaround but it ended up being a waste of time and money. I suggested to them that I buy a new hob from them and they install it. Asked if they would consider a discount but they declined and quoted £350 plus the £98. £448 in total. The whole experience appeared opportunistic to me.

From making the call to office staff to Engineer arriving on time and giving me update of arrival time, all ran perfectly. Dealt with issue speedily .. friendly, polite and informative.. thank you

The females that answered the call were extremely abrupt, the first female didn’t know what a tub was neither did the second why answer a call if you don’t know how to deal with enquiries. Then proceeded to be verbally abusive stating in “England we don’t call it a tub” I advised her to google it then she will know exactly what it is “A sealed drum washer uses a tub (often plastic) where the bearings and drum are permanently fixed”

I’m not one leave reviews but this service and especially Chris the technician were brilliant. Both in terms of ease of service, booking, website and value. I couldn’t recommend them more.Will be our go to now for repairs.
