The team are either really helpful or very unhelpful. There does not seem to be any consistency. It is a shame as i would spend a lot more with them.

Had an issue with my hot water heater. I sent a what’s app message. They tried to resolve the matter via what’s app straight away. Unfortunately the matter couldn’t be resolved and they sent me out a new water heater straight away. Haven’t come across such wonderful customer service in a long time. Excellent service 👍

We’ve been dealing with Harrison Bathrooms for a long time now, and I wanted to take the time to recognise the level of service we consistently receive from the sales team.

Ellie is always incredibly efficient, helpful and professional. Her customer service is outstanding, and she always makes sure queries are dealt with quickly and properly. Whether it is checking products, sorting an order or helping with any last-minute changes, she is always approachable and willing to help. Her attention to detail and speed make a big difference to us, especially when we are dealing with customers and need answers quickly.

Jon has also been a massive help to us over the years, particularly when we have found ourselves in difficult situations or needed an issue resolving urgently. He always does his best to find a solution and helps us tackle any problems without unnecessary hassle. His support helps keep our orders and sales running smoothly and efficiently, saving us a lot of headaches and making our day-to-day business much easier. Having someone reliable who understands the importance of getting things sorted properly is invaluable.

A special mention also has to go to Eve. She is brilliant when it comes to finalising sales and making sure everything is absolutely spot on before an order goes through, leaving very little room for error. She is persistent when it comes to helping with problems and will always do as much as she possibly can to get things resolved. Her attention to detail, communication and willingness to help make the whole sales process with Harrison Bathrooms smooth, efficient and straightforward.

Overall, the support we receive from Ellie, Jon and especially Eve is a huge reason why dealing with Harrison Bathrooms is so easy. They are reliable, knowledgeable and always willing to go that extra mile. In business, good service makes all the difference, and having a team that genuinely helps reduce the stress of ordering, resolving problems and looking after customers is something we really appreciate.
