I ordered a dog coat which was too big. Tried it on my labrador didn’t fit so put it straight back in original packaging with tags still on. because it had some white dog hairs on it they refused to refund me. Very very disappointed as it was literally put on my dogs back for 20 seconds! Previous to this i orderd from regatta. that particular coat fit but was poor quality and even after taking my dog out on it, they fully refunded me! would not use garry hall again

The insurance sounds really good until you need to claim! Our horse was kicked and shattered his leg in two places! As if that wasn’t distressing enough Harry Hall refused to pay out as unbelievably they said he could have been treated! Seriously what a joke, nothing could be done for him as any horse owner would know!

Always use Harry Hall insurance, great value! Worth it!

Result both horses insured and i am sticking with the Harry Hall club, so many bargains

I joined the Gold Club primarily for rhe insurance and the extras were a lovely bonus!

The whole process of joining was simple enough and the portal is useful however the only thing I would say is that I'm yet to see any insurance documentation and that would be useful and so useful claim numbers should they be needed.

I recently purchased two Masta Waterproof Horse Quarter Sheet Yellow. Unfortunately they did not arrive due to them getting damaged en route.

I'd heard good things about Harry Hall but never taken the plunge myself until this year. I purchased a navy blouson yard jacket and had it personalised with a horse's head and our daughter's name. The item was excellent quality at a very competitive price, and the needle embroidered name was excellent. I was really impressed and I'm sure she will be too when she receives it for her birthday. Harry Hall, you did good 👍, so I'll be making you a regular browse as I'm sure there are lots more excellent items to be found
